Enterprise Plan Payment Processed, but No Upgrade, No Customer Service – Support Needed

I'm disappointed with my experience on Pipefy’s Enterprise plan. Despite paying over $3,000, my account hasn’t been upgraded, which is affecting my workflow. I wanted to configure a custom domain for email, but I'm unable to proceed.I've submitted two support tickets; the first was acknowledged but unresolved, and the second (#5890262) has been ignored. This level of support is frustrating, especially for an enterprise-grade platform. I hope someone escalates this issue, as it’s making me reconsider my decision to use Pipefy for my business.

Product Hack/help: Using Pipefy Connections as 'Picklists'

I have an idea which will be of huge benefit for my customers, provide a customer service which betters the competition and also simplify existing operational complexity.I have designed an elegant solution in Pipefy as a Proof of Concept but limitations on the way Pipefy Start Forms display data from connected pipes appears to make this approach useless.Use CaseI want to provide Customers with a Pipefy Public Start Form to allow them to request services from a pick list of service offerings from my company. Hello, i’m using interface to share informations with my company, and also fill data without entering in task links, but in interface i can’t define conditions, like fill this field first to fill this other field or show this other field …Would be nice to have this, like: show field only if have value, or if field x is filled show field y.Real example: I have this in my interface, but i only want to show “Baixa qualidade” if the radio at left is “Sim”, and only be able to describe in the last field, if “Baixa qualidade” is not None or not filled.Because i have an automation that triggers when the descriptions is inputed, but here we can input description without selecting other fields.

Cancelamento de conta que não está sendo possível

Olá a todos! Eu estou saindo do Pipefy e fui em “excluir empresa” com o objetivo de retirar as informações da empresa da Plataforma por questões de LGPD e demais.Com isso, não consigo mais cancelar a assinatura pois não há empresas! rsrsAlguém já passou por algo parecido e saberia dividir comigo a sua experiência? O que eu faço? Como agir neste caso? Eu fui no request de cancelamento por saber o ID da empresa (tinha duas, uma com licenças e outra sem), com isso preenchi para ambas, mas o email da requisição de cancelamento não veio!! E agora minha gente? Não acho suporte, email nem nada.. o chat só aparece se tiver empresa, mas ao tentar criar uma para poder pedir suporte, não deixa rsrs dá um erro... Obrigado a todos pelo apoio.Daniel
