this system doesnt have an internal viewer for a simple uploaded PDF.. every time u click on an uploaded PDF it downloads the PDF to your computer this is causing a massive overload of copies non stop for me. fix it please. like today

How can I change this flag:to have another default?

I've created an automation to move the card to another phase when the value is present. In the kanban visualization, the card goes to the correct phase, but I can't access it's form. On the upper part of the card we see that it's still in the previous phase, even though the card is in the correct phase column Here we see the card in the first phase. When the field ‘Valor do serviço’ has a value, the automation sends it to the next phase.  Here we see that the card in the kanban has moved to the correct phase. But when we open the card, it's still in the previous phase and there's even a button to move it to the ‘Triagem’ phase. If I move the card manually back to the first phase and then to the ‘Triagem’ phase, the form looks correct.Can anyone please help me with this matter? Hello everyone I’m currently beginning to use pipefy for inventory control as described in: https://help.pipefy.com/en/articles/875875-inventory-control, everything is ok except that I need associate an equipment or group of equipment to a user once, this is in order to avoid associate the same resource to different users twice. So I wonder: is there a way to associate one or more equipment to a user in order (from my equipment data base) to avoid resource reuse?

Hello, every 15 days I use the importer app to upload a XLS file to my pipe in order to work on pending orders collection of customers. I have a database on Pipefy that has all the customer types/categories (let’s say “Customer A”, “Customer B”, etc.) Whenever I try to upload that file into Pipefy, I get an error message that the importer cannont overwrite the Database. The input from my excel file customer type column is exactly the same than the one in the database (i.e. “Customer A” in excel file = “Customer A” in DB registry)I would appreciate any guidance on this. Thanks,Chris

It seems that new features are introduced over and over again, which is awesome, but only for major once we get a post about it here in the community. Could we get a changelog also for changes that others might consider significant? Examples of changes I noticed in the last weeks:search that works for more than just the title automations that can not only be filtered but sorted As this here is a community forum: use this thread, users, if you notice changes, so we will get a changelog by ourselfes!

I’ve sent several messages via the messaging bot but have not made any progress yet - so I’m not sure how else to elevate this.My free account was recently locked due to making too many pipes. Of the messages I have sent via bot, one was replied to where I was told that my account was unlocked. But I am still unable to access any of my pipes.As I understand it, I have less than 24 hours now to delete the extra pipes. But I can’t access them to make the necessary fixes or export my data.Is there something else I should do?

Hi team,As I know so far, Pipefy does not support section field in a form. Because our form is quite long, right now, I’m using dynamic fields to break the form and make it more clear & friendly.However, when the form is submitted and a card is created, the dynamic field no longer exists, which leads to our data long and hard to follow. Is there any way you can suggest me to address this problem? Thank you!

Is it possible to show two dates on the calendar view? In our process, we have a Project Completion date and a Project Implementation date. Both dates are important, and it would be great to see them both in the Calendar view. Is it possible? Is it something that can be added? Thanks

Hello, I would like some help finding a solution to a problem. In a purchasing process, the requester opens a ticket with the products they need to be subsequently requested for purchase. I would like to find a way to unify the items from my tickets into a single card to proceed to the purchase phase later.For example: João requested 3 pens and 5 notebooks. Maria requested 6 notebooks, 3 pens, and 2 pencils. From these requests, 2 cards were generated in my pipe.To proceed with the purchasing process, I need a single card containing the total of the open tickets, that is, with 6 pens, 11 notebooks, and 2 pencils.How do I do this in Pipefy?
