Here I share some ideas for using ChatGPT that can help when building queries and mutations. Mutation for updating cards: Here I think it's cool that it responds to an API limitation and brings a suggestion.I did a test giving the name of the fields and it already brings the custom code. Query to search for cards: In addition to bringing the code suggestion, it brings clear explanations of which fields need to be changed. Even with the limitations of updating ChatGPT, I believe it is a good tool to be used on a daily basis by those who work with Pipefy. It can also be used when creating interactions with Make/Integromat, among others. How have you been using ChatGPT together with Pipefy?

Hi everyone,I’ve been working in real estate for a while now and I’m curious about how to effectively generate more leads. I’ve tried a few different strategies, but I’m wondering if anyone has experience with Realtor Flow. Is it a good tool for lead generation, and does it actually help convert those leads into clients? I have a form that is 100% anonymous, and I’ve been using the public link for people to fill it out. Until now, it worked even for those who were logged in, and the card would be created under Pipebot.However, today I noticed that the public link's background was not the one I set—it displayed the new portals instead. Additionally, when I opened a card, it was no longer anonymous.This is likely a bug, and I have reported it, but I still wanted to mention it here….

Boa tarde.Temos um pipe que durante o seu desenvolvimento foi definido que só algumas pessoas poderiam acessar o formulário inicial, assim nas configurações foi definida a opção para não ficar aberto para toda a empresa e foram definidas as pessoas com acesso ao formulário inicial.Porém agora foi definido que será aberto esse formulário para todos, mas agora ao clicar no link público ele não está ativo e não aparece aquele botão para ativar ou desativar o formulário público como existia antigamente conforme me lembro.

Business Use Case ScenarioWe have an integration which pushes validated customer records into a Pipefy Pipe “Customers”.We use this “Customers” Pipe to enable customers who bring repeat business to ‘pick’ their record from this Pipe when filling in Pipefy Forms with us. It avoids repeat customers having to repeatedly provide their information (Name, email, phone, business, address etc etc).Not all of the fields in the “Customer” pipe are mandated because each connected process will determine what data is essential to that particular process.ChallengeAutofill on Connections is from “Child” to “Parent” but we need this to work the other way around.Since this isn’t possible, can anyone suggest possible solutions/approaches to consider? Hello! Currently we are experiencing a problem using Pipefy platform, the system says that we have 4 / 2 interfaces used in the Starter plan, but we didn’t use Interfaces at all. When opening the Interface panel, it is empty. (see picture below) Later we discovered that we dont have a SuperAdmin role assigned to anyone, can that be the reason we cannot see these 4 interfaces that were allegedly created? Please help, the AI chat bot you provided obviously doesnt have the answers needed. Thanks in advance. Max

We have a Pipe “Customers” which contains all our customers (synchronised automatically from our CRM).We have a Pipe “Customer Enquiry” which customers use (via public Form) to submit a new enquiry.To save time for repeat customers when placing an enquiry, we want to allow them to pick their details from the “Customers” pipe *and* have the data from the “Customers” pipe prefill certain fields in the “Customer Enquiry” pipe (Name, Business Address etc).When we include a “Customers” Pipe Connection in the “Customer Enquiry” Pipe, it seems we can only configure prefill to work from Customer Enquiry into Customers rather than the other way around?Am I missing something here? Can anyone suggest a solution?
Estou enfrentando um erro para enviar o formulário inicial quando esse é utilizado de autocomplete que é sugerido. Ao clicar no botão de enviar o formulário não é enviado e indica os campos que foram autocompletados como incorretos/ não preenchidos. Mas mesmo quando realizamos a correção do campo, o botão de envio não reabilita para enviar. Isso tem causado um grande impacto negativo em nosso processo! Mais alguém enfrentando o mesmo problema?

Hello:I’m seeking advice on displaying linked data.I have an Onboarding “form” (Pipe) and within the form is a link to a “Position Matrix” database. Users of the Onboarding form can select a defined job role from the “Position Matrix”. Within the “Position Matrix” database, a list of equipment and software for each role are tabled.The “pop-out” feature is handy in that it allows the Onboarding form User to view all of the attributes of the selected Position.There are 3 issues:A Pipefy User Login is required, as it opens the “Position Matrix” database in a new tab A Read-only overlay or a link back to Onboarding form is desired (not opening the database to edit) Pop-out windows are not anchored in the frameIs it possible to display (only, without a login required) the requested data, anchored within the existing Pipefy Onboarding form?Thanks!Andrew
