Hi guys / @claudia-bar , @thassia, @marcosmelo , @amanda-dianni are we able to change phases via the email alone?  For instance the CEOs of the company will not have time to go in the app & would like to either approve or reject request on the email (email will have the relevant information to make informed decision), which will move the card to the next phase.

Goodday, I know I'm on a free plan and I exceeded my free usage quota. I proceeded to delete any useless information and I am now under the usage quota. However, I cannot access the pipes and still get the usage statistics when I try to, except I have no red bars anymore.How can I access my pipes now that the usage is lowered?

Hi Team,I want to explore the pipefy as this is low code no code application where we can do the multiple things automate. It would be really great if it will guide me how I can achieve my self learning assignment though this Pipefy Tool.Import CSV and Excel file in pipefy : I tried to do this with importer application However, It only allow to import the Excel files. We need to do the Header mapping as headers are not in same order so, how can we achieve this through Pipefy. Once header mapping done then we need to store the each files of data into 2 tables in 1 Database : I am able to store data into Database through Excel sheet. however, for csv it is still question and header mappping once data is stored into 2 tables I have to compare 2 tables and findout the difference and stored it into the 3rd Table of that database. Once 3rd table created I need to export the 3rd table records. Can Anyone of your community will let me know how I can achieve this as I am exploring this things o

Why do some pipes in a portal open in the same window and others open in a new window?

Hello everyone! Bom dia! I’ve been using Pipefy for a year now. It’s been amazing to see the tool grow and improve, continuing to get better and better.  I’ve learned a lot over the last year and I bet you all have too in the time you’ve been using Pipefy. My question for you is: what’s something you’ve learned to do in Pipefy (a feature or trick) that you didn’t know when you first started using the tool? Something awesome that others might not be aware of. I’ll go first: I recently learned that you can sort the cards in any phase by clicking on the … of that phase in the Kanban view and choosing “Sort phase’s cards”. It’s very helpful!  What are your favourite features that others might have missed?Sarah

How is it going?I’m wondering if anyone could help with a problem that I have been facing.I’m trying to create a card on one of my pipes using .NET but I keep getting BadRequest every time. Does anyone know how Pipefy's API consumption is counted? They're wanting to sell me an additional consumption package, but the team that wants to sell me doesn't know where I'm consuming. From my counts, I'm making around 2-3K API calls per month. According to the Pipefy team report, we are doing 15 K. They can't explain.

Hey folks, I’m trying to include a hyperlink in my start form, but can’t get the HTML to work right. I used the following HTML format for the text: <a href="https://www.w3schools.com/">Visit W3Schools.com!</a> It looks great on the build page: A hyperlink with clean text​​​​But on the public form it shows the HTML markup: A non-hyperlink showing all the HTML text Is there a way to get the markup to stay hidden on the public form? I don’t use HTML markup a lot, so maybe this isn’t even the right format for me to use. 

Hi doers!This will be a rather lengthy explanation of my problem, whose TLDR is: Uploading Files via API leads to URLs containing a “org/”, which seems to make it impossible to set them as attachment sources using the GraphQL API. Here the full explanation: I am trying to send E-Mails using Pipefy GraphQL API. In general, I do not have any problems with this. I can send E-Mails even with attachments. BUT: only if the attachments were uploaded manually. There are a number of limitations with PDF Generation and I wonder whether anyone can suggest how they handle particular situations.Let me explain.We’re using the PDF Generator as a means of providing data sets to external parties such as Customers. The two significant issues we’re dealing with are;Connect Field data are not available to PDFs Conditional logic cant be used on PDFs to show/hide certain dataWhat practices have pipefy people adopted to get around these shortcomings?Thanks

I’ve got a bit stuck with this one in GraphQL.Background:I want to update a card which has a required connectionField (you need to create a new card, not link to an existing one). This ConnectionField is to a Pipe, where the start form has some required fields.GraphQL:I’ve been looking at using updateFieldsValues to achieve this, but don’t find how to:Update the conneciton field - which is equal to adding a new card via this connection field Filling in the required fields in this new card (so that it successfully is created)Appreciate any pointers or direction on this. If I haven’t made it clear enough please let me know, and I’ll improve the explanation.
