We're having a problem:Some fields available on the cards aren't appearing as filter options.How can we make this field appear so we can filter?orWhy isn't the field displayed? Is there a rule or condition required to display it as a filter item?If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

Hi everyone,I am currently trying to automate a daily bank balance inquiry from our corporate account with First Abu Dhabi Bank into Pipefy so our finance team can track cash position directly inside a pipe. The idea is to automatically create or update a card every morning with the latest available balance, instead of someone logging into the bank portal and manually updating the information.We are on the Enterprise plan and started testing this through the Integration Hub using an HTTP request to the bank’s API. The issue is that even though the API call works in Postman with the same credentials, inside Pipefy the request either times out or returns an authentication error. We have double checked the headers, tokens, and IP restrictions, and from the bank’s side they confirmed the credentials are valid.Another challenge is that even when we simulate a successful response, I am not sure about the best way to structure the data so that the balance history is stored properly for report
Suggestion to enable label field editing in a database.
Hi there,Do you know how to download files like licenses and other outside documents in Pipefy so we can access them when we need to send them? The idea is to have all documents and files in one place like a depository --- Thank you.
Outgoing messages should never be marked as New. Is there a way to fix that in our settings? Thanks!
My Pipes are blocked with this message My account has not exceeded any usage limits for the free plan.
The Pipefy Database fields, we have multiple of a client and each has a product per record. Now there are multiple records that do not show when we type in the title of the record. Is there a limit, is there a way to extend the amount of records Also, what is the order that they display? I am not seeing any consistency
I’m confused by the description, is the lateness_time returned by this query the SLA by each phase?query MyQuery { allCards(pipeId: "") { edges { node { phases_history { phase { id lateness_time name } } } } }}
When I logged in today, I encountered a message that wouldn't let me open any of my profiles on the site and asked me to upgrade my plan, but it wouldn't let me review my actions to see what I could change to stay on the standard plan.I'm asking for help because my work depends on the information contained in these pipes, and we're "working in the dark" without the help of the information on the site. Any help or response is welcome.
I need to capture the name of the user who moves a card to "Finished" into a custom field for reporting purposes. Right now, this is only tracked in the activity history, but I need it in a standalone field to create better filters and metrics. Any recommendations on how I can achieve that?
Goodday, I know I'm on a free plan and I exceeded my free usage quota. I proceeded to delete any useless information and I am now under the usage quota. However, I cannot access the pipes and still get the usage statistics when I try to, except I have no red bars anymore.How can I access my pipes now that the usage is lowered?
Since yesterday I am unable to open any pipe on my dashboard without being redirected to an updated plan message though I'm not using the free plan's limit.
We need to be able to scroll down to see more than one email message at a time. (see attached) Currently, there no scroll bar there and so you can only have one message open at a time.
Outgoing emails are marked as new on the card in the Kanban view as well as in the email tab.Are there settings I can change so that only incoming messages are marked as New? If not, there needs to be a way to do that!
When I pull a report to include the attachment link, if there are more than one attachment, the link does not appear on the report. Is there a way around this? Could the report list all the links for each attachment connected with a Pipefy Card? Please help!

Hello, I am attempting to use the Importer App to add data into Cards that are already Created. I have two columns - A - the Card ID of the Card made and - B - the numbers I wish to be added into a field that exists in the Pipefy phases. Please HELP! Because I do not know if this can be done. All the resources I have read on the subject only discuss creating new cards - and I do not want to do that! [Example “wish to create cards” and “creates multiple cards” ...]https://help.pipefy.com/en/articles/2446394-how-to-import-data-from-spreadsheetshttps://help.pipefy.com/en/articles/2446675-preparing-spreadsheets-for-the-importer-apphttps://help.pipefy.com/en/articles/6904523-how-to-import-data-into-a-pipehttps://developers.pipefy.com/reference/importer
Hey everyone,I’ve been experimenting with using a TV App to display live Pipefy dashboards on a big screen in our office — mainly for tracking workflow status, overdue cards, and team performance at a glance. It looks great in theory, but I’m curious how others are handling this setup in practice.Do you use any specific TV apps or display tools for your Pipefy dashboards? How’s the performance and visibility been for your teams — especially when it comes to real-time updates or switching between different pipes?Would love to hear what’s worked (or not worked) for you all. Any setup tips or recommendations would be awesome!
Issue: When clicking a PDF file in a Pipefy card using Chrome Beta 143 on Android 15, the browser forces a download/open dialogue instead of displaying the file directly in the tab (inline viewing). Diagnosis: Chrome's native PDF viewer is confirmed working (external PDFs open correctly). The Pipefy server is likely sending the HTTP header Content-Disposition: attachment, overriding the browser's native viewer. Request: Please remove the Content-Disposition: attachment header for PDF files to allow inline viewing on modern mobile browsers.
Trying to pull data from my dashboards. Just continually loading then says no data filtered. Is the system down today?
I have a database with 105 records, and the total number appears at the top, but the records themselves don’t show up in the database. It feels like there’s some hidden filter that’s preventing me from seeing them. I’ve already tried using a different browser and an incognito tab, but it didn’t solve the issue. Has anyone experienced this before?
I'm setting the first parameter to 500, but the API response contains only 50 records.This the query:query Cards($pipe_id: ID!, $first: Int!, $after: String) { cards(pipe_id: $pipe_id, first: $first, after: $after) { edges { node { id fields { name value } } } } pageInfo { endCursor hasNextPage } } }
