Here I share some ideas for using ChatGPT that can help when building queries and mutations. Mutation for updating cards: Here I think it's cool that it responds to an API limitation and brings a suggestion.I did a test giving the name of the fields and it already brings the custom code. Query to search for cards: In addition to bringing the code suggestion, it brings clear explanations of which fields need to be changed. Even with the limitations of updating ChatGPT, I believe it is a good tool to be used on a daily basis by those who work with Pipefy. It can also be used when creating interactions with Make/Integromat, among others. How have you been using ChatGPT together with Pipefy?
HI Team, In Our pipe: 1004580 , A card is getting created multiple time with title:[66.0, 76.0, 67.0, 75.0, 49.0, 48.0, 54.0, 48.0, 54.0, 55.0] Can you please tell me how I can delete those duplicate cards.

I have a Long text field in a parent card that should be updated with the Long text values from various connected child cards. Each update should show. In other words: Parent card Comment field: Updated comments 1 from Child card #1 Updated comments 1 from Child card #2 Updated comments 1 from Child card #3 What is the API call to update & append a field?
Does anyone know how Pipefy's API consumption is counted? They're wanting to sell me an additional consumption package, but the team that wants to sell me doesn't know where I'm consuming. From my counts, I'm making around 2-3K API calls per month. According to the Pipefy team report, we are doing 15 K. They can't explain.
Hi People, We need to clear 2000 register of a database?, how i can do fast? thanks
Hi, I am testing pipefy webhooks, but I have created two webhhooks for the same endpoint and I would like to remove one of them.
Hi, I would like to share my impressions about the new interface here What bothers me most is the clarity of the due date: Because it is not so clear and diffuse with the other information on the card… Another thing that bothers me, is the title of the apparent field on the closed card, just the answer (as it always has been) is enough: This makes the card size very extensive A good thing are the labels: At most I really liked the updates and the open card interface, what I still didn't like is the look of the closed card.
Hi, I want to add a specific label to a card a using the API. I have found this: https://pipefypipe.docs.apiary.io/#reference/0/update-card and this https://api-docs.pipefy.com/reference/mutations/updateCard/. The part I am unsure if if I am required to send “all the basic information” including the new label … or … if there is a way t ouse the API to “Add X Label”? Doeos it need to be:mutation{ updateCard( input: { id: 2762646 title: "New Title" due_date: "2017-08-20T21:00:00+00:00" assignee_ids: [00000] label_ids: [890073] } ) { card { id title } } } Or can it it just be mutation{ updateCard( input: { id: 2762646 label_ids: [890073] } ) { card { id title } } } with 890073 being the ID of the new label. :) Also, how can I find the ID of a label without using the API? Thank you for your help
Hi, I'm trying to update fields in a card, no problem with texts and dates so far, however, I don't know how to change Label Select fields or Assign To fields. This is an example of what I've been trying:{""query"": ""mutation{ updateCardField(input: {card_id: 25250812 field_id: \""priority\"" new_value: \""Medium\"" }){ card{ id } } }""}Response doesn't throw an error, but the card is not updated. Thanks in advance.
Hello all, I would love to know if there is a way to give a unique link to a form that pre-fills some fields?Use case - we have a list of customers that submit invoices for checking and approval for payment. I would like to give each customer a link that, gives them access to a new start form that already populates the name of the company and our internal ID for them, so they cannot edit it? Is this possible?
I'm trying to update custom fields in the table record, but it seems the API only permits to updatethe title and due date. That mutation should work, isn't it?mutation {updateTableRecord(input: {id: %(id)sfields_attributes: %(fields_attributes)s}The custom fields it is the field_attributes, in the follow way:field_attributes = [{"field_id": "field_id_1", "field_value": "field_value_1"}]Any clues to update custom fields rather the title in Table Records?
Is there a way to export the history from a card - the section under Activities where it lists what was changed, by whom, and on which date? We’d like to be able to do this to keep backups of our records, but I haven’t found a way to do so.I know you can export the card data via a report, but the reports only have a little bit of the activity information from what I can see (last updated date etc.).This is somewhat related to the question asked here:
How can we get a backup of whole documents we upload to the platform time to time as an offline backup? In the same way, about the info, can we get a backup of that?
Hi, I want to send out a document to external requesters once the process is over. Ideally, I would like to add information I collected across different stages of my process on a customizable template.
I’ve been reviewing the API to see how to work with Card Checklists. Based on documentation there, I’m not sure where they are available. Two questions on this: Are Card Fields the way to list card checklists on a card: https://api-docs.pipefy.com/reference/objects/CardField/ Can we add card checklists via the Update Card Field: https://api-docs.pipefy.com/reference/mutations/updateCardField/ Appreciate any thoughts or experience on doing this. Thanks.
How can I get a phase ID using API? The 'Show Pipe' request returns the name of the phases, but not the IDs, I understand I can get it from the URL of the phase but I'm trying to retrieve it from the API.Thanks
Hello everyone. How can i filter phases by name? I don't know either. Here's what I'm trying:{ allCards(pipeId: 123, filter: {field: "current_phase", operator: equal, value: "456"}) { edges { node { id title current_phase { id } } } }}But it says: Something went wrong :-(Any help would be much appreciated.
Hi, Can't figure what is wrong with my code in Python, I'm trying to get all the pipes from a company, my code is the following and the response I getting is 404, I already tried different things like make the "query" in a single row using "\" to escape the caracteres: import requests url = "https://api.pipefy.com/graphql" headers = { 'authorization': "Bearer company_token", 'content-type': "application/json" } query = """ { "query": "{organization(id: 16094){pipes{id}}}" } """ response = requests.get(url, data=query, headers=headers) print(response.text)
Hi,I’m wanting to update a select option in one of our pipes - I’m planning on using the GraphQL API so I can update the card data at the same time.I’ve created a test pipe to prove that it works, but it doesn’t :( The mutate query I am running (in https://app.pipefy.com/graphiql)mutation { updatePhaseField( input: { clientMutationId:"catsss" id: "town" label:"town" allChildrenMustBeDoneToMoveParent:false allChildrenMustBeDoneToFinishParent:false canConnectExisting:false canConnectMultiples:false canCreateNewConnected: false childMustExistToFinishParent:false description:"cats dancing" editable:false help:"halp" minimal_view:true options: ["brisbane", "dubbo", "sydney"] required:true sync_with_card:true } ) { clientMutationId phase_field { id } }}When I run the query I get this error, but I’ve run many mutations with my user before, so am not sure w
I'm trying to create a new card:mutation {createCard(input: {pipe_id: ""XXX""fields_attributes: {field_id:""ZZZ"", field_value: ""AAA""}parent_ids: [ ]}) { card { id title } }}The field_id is related to a Database connection. The field_value is a record from that Database.The pipe has the connection configured. Manually we can enter that field with no problems, but, using the API I got the following error:{""data"": {""createCard"": null},""errors"": [{""code"": 30006,""locations"": [{""column"": 10,""line"": 1}],""message"": ""Invalid inputs: Erro no campo \""ZZZ\"": Value You don't have permission to connect these cards/table records."",""path"": [""createCard""],""type"": ""MultipleInvalidInputErrors""}]}
Have you already needed to create a Select field with multiple fields on a Database? Well, there’s a thing called GraphQL mutation that can maybe help you. GraphQL is a query language for your API, and a server-side runtime for executing queries by using a type system you define for your data. This technology helps you search for information in your organization in a much faster and practical way. Ok, but you are probably asking yourself what should I do? First, you need to access Pipefy’s GraphQL page: https://app.pipefy.com/graphiql , that should pretty much look like this: Now you should paste the query below on the left white side of the page: Query: mutation{ createTableField(input:{ table_id: "Database ID” type:"select" label:"Name of the field" options:["Option 1", "Option 2", "Option 3",] }) { clientMutationId } } It should look like this (example): After that, press the execute button on the top left side
