Move questions between phases

We thought it would be interesting to have the functionality to move questions between phases, whether from the startform to the others, or vice versa, without having to create new ones or delete existing ones.

@rebeca.venancio I see you point here, but unfortunately that won't be possible since once you create a field on a phase it will be "belong" to that phase. How Pipefy architecture was build, will only allow you to have fields belonging to a single phase 🙂 Is your pain related to editing and customizing pipes faster?
