One of the challenges we face with Pipefy is the lack of a folder system for organizing pipes. Currently, we have to rely on colors and numbering before names to maintain the process architecture of our organization, which becomes cumbersome when dealing with a large number of processes.

Implementing a folder and subfolder system would significantly improve:

1. Organization of Processes: Allowing users to categorize and group related processes neatly.

2. Ease of Finding Processes: Making it easier and faster for users to locate specific processes.

3. Hierarchical Process Architecture: This feature would enable the creation of a hierarchical structure of processes, where folders can represent Macroprocesses and Subprocesses.

The benefits of such a system would be substantial, greatly assisting process analysts, business users, and organizational architects by providing a clearer and more intuitive way to manage processes. I believe this would be a valuable addition to Pipefy’s feature set!

Great idea. This will be very helpful!

Implementing a folder and subfolder system for organizing pipes can significantly enhance efficiency and accessibility in any workspace. By categorizing pipes based on factors such as size, material, application, or project, teams can easily locate specific items when needed, reducing search time and minimizing frustration. Subfolders can further refine organization carsflick by grouping similar pipes together, enabling quick identification and retrieval. This systematic approach not only streamlines workflow but also improves inventory management, ensuring that teams can maintain accurate stock levels and make informed decisions for future projects.
