Request Tracking is a great feature and provides an Amazon like order tracking experience for our customers.

It would be very useful to be able to define which specific Phases in a Pipe should trigger a tracking email to be sent to the customer. Why? Sometimes, certain Pipe Phases are an entirely “internal” event and will have little or no meaning for a customer if they trigger a tracking update.

Totally agree the Request Tracking feature is super useful! I’ve actually implemented something similar for one of my own products, where certain internal updates didn’t need to trigger customer notifications. Setting up specific trigger phases makes the whole process cleaner and avoids confusion for clients. While managing those workflows, I often used ti 84 calculator online to double-check progress metrics and timing calculations. It’s a small tool, but surprisingly handy when you’re mapping out process automation.
