Hello,

I’m using the software as a business process.  I want to be able to create and print invoices per card.  Our invoicing is simple.  We have about 7-10 different prices per units.

My questions are:

  1. Is there a way to have a simple math function?  Such as so many units times a preset price?
  2. Is there a way to create a PDF that has said math function?
  3. Is there a way to create a document instead of PDF, so that it can be manually edited?
  4. Is there a way to have an end of process email a PDF invoice?  When card enters a certain phase?

Hi, Natively Pipefy does not have Mathematical functions. You can use Make for that.
https://www.make.com/en

For editing cards, you can use the phase form

To send emails with attached documents, use the following article. But remembering that the file must be attached manually to be used in the template, as pipefy still does not have the function to attach PDF templates in dynamic mode
