How to Automate Assignment of Multiple Assignees

Hi!No, it’s not necessary. If the dynamic field of the automation is populated, it’s for the new field to be updated with the dynamic field information. If it’s not, the ideal is to check if there are any automation conflict. If the dynamic field is blank, both fields are expected to be empty.

Hi!There are some options to cover this scenario, one of them is to use connected pipes and databases.Each card has its own Checklist and as the person adds subitems / IT problems the checklists will accumulate.

Error on Importing Connected Fields to Pipe

Hi Keto,Here are some points to check:Are you admin on both; Are they connected inside the pipe; Are you using the ID of the record inside the table (.xlsx);

Hi Keto,This is not an expected behavior. Did you check if both fields are able to syncronize card's field with this fixed field and if all assignees are in all pipes involved?

Is there any possibility to model processes in pipefy ?

Hi!Unfortunately, Pipefy doesn’t have a flow chart that is created for each pipe natively. However, in the pipe configurations we have the "Flow" tab, in it there is a macro view of the pipe, which fields in each phase and what are the possibilities of movements between phases.

É possível encontrar o ID do registro ao exportar a base de dados para um arquivo de extensão .xlsx então encontrará a ID na coluna de nome “Código”Também, você pode encontrar o ID do registro através da URL, conforme destaque verde na imagem abaixo:

Olá Jean,Infelizmente não é possível fazer a criação do registro conectado junto com o card via API.É necessário antes criar o registro na base de dados (manualmente ou via API) e depois utilizar o ID do registro criado como input no campo conectado e assim será possível criar o card.

Hi @adam-t-jaggers! You’re right, this issue exists and our support team is working on it. Here’s a workaround for it: try clicking on the bottom right corner of the + symbol.  As shown below:
