Replicate the existing drag and drop function in the Database for pipe fields.Regardless of whether it is in the startform or phase, when you have multiple dynamic fields segmented by conditional rules, it eliminates wasted time to make the user experience exceptional.

When using the public form, after completing the information, when clicking on submit a new form, the data previously entered are retrieved, providing greater productivity and agility in requests, when the applicant has more than one demand, and the dimensions will not have change, for example, company, region, cost center, department, expense type, product, item, etc.In the portal, once the request is sent, following the filling of a new demand, the data from the last one is not preserved.

Portal is only for creating and tracking new cards/demands.Example: Request for registration of products.At that point you will need 10 products, so there are 10 requests, and 10 cards. However, several fields of the request will not have changes, but on the portal it is necessary to inform, unlike the public form.

Portal / Guest - Request Search

Hello there, Edmar. Hope you’re doing alright 😀 At this point, the external users will be able to view and create cards on allowed forms. They won't be able to edit those cards, or see them inside the pipe. All those cards created will apear in the ‘Requests’ tab and they will be able to  interact with their requests and with whom is working on them. All the latest cards will appear on top and the user will have to scroll down in order to find the cards. Well observed, Edmar, for now the only way to perform a search on those cards is to use the OS search function, famous Ctrl + F, as we are unable to perform filtres inside Pipefy Requests tab for those cards. It´s surely a great product feedback.  Hi Mark, thanks for your attention.I've been sending it with some frequency to the product team, but the search alternative is limited to 25 cards from each page scroll, which can be on the first, or on the last.We are talking about applicants who have over 100, 500 applications, in differe
