Hello everyone, excellent point @Diego Andrade @Jefferson Dourado ! Using any communication channel to perform actions (create, edit, move, delete) on the cards is something that will further enhance the pipefy.  We currently have some very interesting use cases, for example our internal team will start using pipefy <> whatsapp integration with real customers in the coming weeks!  We can set up a conversation to demonstrate the use cases and talk about how to implement it on a daily basis. One attention point is that when we use channels like whatsapp, there are a number of rules on how to use it. For example a company can communicate, in a restricted way, with users who have never communicated with it, for example. In our conversation I can present all this analysis :)  Great point @Jefferson Dourado. I was looking for that integration possibility for one possible client, who ask me about it. I'll look forward to that solution @mozart-morales!

Hi @eric.godoi    There was a webinar that a Pipefy Partner presented a solution that seems to fit to your needs. They created another Pipe with a conected card to gather this information in a intermediate phase of the process. So, in this conected pipe you can send a link to a public form or an email with an embedded form to request all information needed. So, after completing this information you can move the card to next phase. Please, take a look at this webinar https://pipefy.teachable.com/courses/625884/lectures/22130200    I didn’t tried this solution yet but I will do it soon in a demo that I am creating. How to edit a Public Form automated e-mail response?

Hi eric. You can disable the automatic e-mail and create an email in the first phase. When the card is created, phase send an new customized e-mail Hi @Moacir Souza ! I'm struggling on how to disable the automatic e-mail response (for the public form). Thaks for your interest.

Oi @Moacir Souza  Pelo que entendi o @eric.godoi está falando sobre o email automático de notificação do Pipefy, que aparece na criação de um novo card, apenas, por meio de formulário público, como um complemento do nosso formulário. Olá @eric.godoi ,   Uma forma de solucionar essa questão seria o uso de Templates, quando um card entrar na fase “TRIAGEM” (exemplo), o sistema de Templates envia um e-mail com a confirmação de recebimento para o e-mail que foi preenchido no formulário publico.       Oi @Amauricio , obrigado pelo interesse também. Sua sugestão é similar à do @Moacir Souza se entendi bem. Preciso ver como desabilitar o e-mail automático, se for utilizar sua sugestão também. Obrigado!

Olá…   Uma alternativa seria criar e-mails diferentes para fases diferentes. E mover o card para a fase do e-mail desejado..   Outra alternativa seria criar um novo campo que vai no e-mail. Por exemplo, se o país for Brasil no campo “Y” por automação você preenche o dado que você quer que apareça no e-mail (CPF por exemplo). Se for Argentina você preenche o dado com o NIS, em outro exemplo. Depois que esses campos forem atualizados, você mova para a fase que envia o e-mail. Olá Moacir, obrigado pelo interesse. Tenho que analisar com calma sua sugestão, mas também tenho que desabilitar este e-mail automático.
