pipe_id webhook

Hi there! This id represents the alphanumerical unique ID of the pipe (suid). You can use this SUID in  a graphql query to get more information about that pipe, including it’s numerical ID, like this:{   pipe(id:"vJL6poT1"){     name     suid     id   } }You can read more details regarding pipes and other APIs herehttps://developers.pipefy.com/reference/pipes

Hi there Mark! Just to make sure, the card has already been created and whilst updating the start form fields, the webhook isn’t being sent? Or are you attempting to receive webhooks while the user is filling out a public form?

Database Pipefy - dúvidas

Olá, tudo bem? A API hoje retorna apenas os só os campos do card que possuem valores mesmo. Não é trazido valor ‘nulo’ para a maioria dos tipos de campos.Você pode fazer uma validação usando o nome do campo como parametro. Se algum valor retornar, você terá acesso à informação no retorno do “value”.

Error on Adding Data to Long Text Field

Hi there! If the request is being made via API, it’s necessary to escape those apostrophes, like you mentioned. On the user interface it’s ok to send this information the way it is since Pipefy parses the data. Filter phases by name in Pipefy

Hi there @Grafeno!Unfortunately we don’t have that specific filter available natively on the allCards query. You’d need to create a script using a programming language and within the script you can input the nodes (card objects) that attend your code parameters (if current_phase = 123) into an array. If you’d like some boiler-plate code to get started, you can check out this page, which has a playground that helps you with the minimum code in some languages (https://developers.pipefy.com/reference/graphql-endpoint

What is "clientMutationId" used for?

Hey Ramon! You can think of this as more of an identifier in case you need to debug which of the queries went wrong. Together with whatever language you prefer to script in, you can make it dynamic and you’ll have improved your logs;

Having problem when trying to create table record ("The types ID and Statement do not accept values.")

Hello there! This occurs due to statement and ID fields not being mutable. In other words, you cannot pass a value to those fields. You should be able to create the record by simply removing those fields from the mutation :)

How to Query DataBase Table's WebHooks

Hello Tim, hope all is well! The webhooks object isn’t directly available within the table object at this moment unfortunately, but there is a way to query for them.  In our codebase, databases and pipes use a lot of the same components, and you can look this information up by looking within the webhooks object within pipes.To do this, you’ll need the internal_id of the table. Here’s an example: { table(id:"Abc123"){ internal_id }}and then use that id that is given to find the webhooks:{ pipe(id:123456){ name webhooks{ id } }}Hope this helps!

Updating Label Select Fields

Updating a label field requires you to send as an input an array containing the ids of the labels you want to set.Here is an example of how you can get the IDs of your labels in the pipe using our IDE (https://app.pipefy.com/graphiql) :{ pipe(id:12345){ labels { id name } }} And here is the mutation for how to update the Field Value of labels: mutation{ updateCardField(input:{ card_id:25250812 field_id:"priority" new_value:"MEDIUM_LABEL_ID" }) { clientMutationId success }}

Hello there Thiago! Officially, we are GraphQL based and we currently have no plans to not support this. The API is currently only fully available for Business plan users and above.

Autofill customer information from database

Hello! To do this action, you’d have to create an automation to do this, as the autofill only fills in Database records with information from cards, and not vice-versa. Here’s an example of such automation: In this example, I’m filling the pipe’s short text field with a short text field from the record that was selected. To have this automation work, that database connection field must already be filled out.

Hello Nigel! Here is an example of how you should create the query. (There must be parameters added to specify what organization you want to look at) { organization (id:123456) { id tables { edges { node { id table_fields { id label } labels{ name id color } table_records { edges { node { id title parent_relations { id repo } } } } } } } }}Also, the “label” attribute inside the “table_fields” object is the field’s name, and not actual color labels. I added that section below the table fields object so that you can see those as well.

Você consegue fazer isso usando o CTRL+Espaço em qualquer lugar da tela que irá lhe  mostrar sempre as opções disponíveis.

Card com campos personalizados por fase

Olá Diego, tudo bem? Infelizmente não tenho conhecimento sobre PHP, mas consigo te ajudar com a parte que tem relação à nossa API. Segue como você criaria campos dentro de uma fase:  mutation{ createPhaseField(input:{ phase_id:123 label:"nome do campo" type:"short_text" required:true editable:true })}Você coloca o ID da fase onde você quer incluir o campo no “phase_id”.
