Automations only let us choose one static/predefined pipe on which to take an action. I would like that to be dynamic, i.e. get the pipe to take action on from a card’s field. I want to define an action that can be executed on any pipe, given a field that contains that pipe’s ID on which to execute the action.
Hello @leilanny-bv, how are you doing today? At the moment there is no way to remove or change Pipefy’s logo in the emails. You can only remove it from the public form in the enterprise plan. :) However, you can send it as a #productfeedback. Every feedback is welcome and we really appreciate it! I posted the following product feedback.

I want to add our voice to this topic. Not only would adding multiple sources to the title field enhance the search experience (though I must say that limiting searchable fields to title and subtitle fields is a very weird and cumbersome limitation of the platform, but this is another subject) …it would also allows for proper, relevant and valuable titles for broader use cases. Think of a database where “first name” and “last name” are separated fields, and are to be used as titles:Your database title cannot currently include both first and last name field values, which looks weird on connected cards/entries You cannot appropriately filter with search as those are no unique field values by themselves (though when merged they usually offer a good filter) As the platform does not provide function fields, you are left with either a partially working environment for end users, or with an external system that needs to read, compute and write values to get a “full name” usable field. So, in m
Are there any plans on offering private template stores? For instance, I would like to provide my organization with specific templates. The public store has great examples, but those need to be tailored to specific business rules and being able to save tailored templates, reuse and offer them to the rest of a private organization would be very valuable. I know this would be possible using the API, but I think it is something that would merit a UI front :)
Considering the information you provided, I believe cloning a “template pipe” for each new position would be the best way to go. You can also use our portals feature to list all the available positions in a single place, even creating “groups” of pipes per department, would that be enough for your current needs? Let me know if it isn’t so we can explore further options if needed! Hi @belsalemme, thanks for your reply! As I understand it, portals are for requests really, not much for ordering cards and processes once the requests are received. In our case, the trouble is not much for applicants to find the application form (we use the API currently to connect it to a Webflow native form), but rather for recruiters that will be handling those candidates and qualifying/rejecting their applications. A bit of background on our use case On top of candidates’ applications, we have to add all potential candidates that our team are hunting (people who did not apply by themselves but t
