Exactly, that’s how we have always done it, too. Now that button no longer appears for me or any of my colleagues.

Focus on stability / reliability

Thanks, Milton. I completely understand, and really appreciate the transparency. As I said at the beginning, I really love Pipefy. I was not writing just to be critical, but more because I know that there is often a balance for management in deciding between new features speed and ensuring reliability. And I would just like to be a voice asking for more focus on that stability side of the equation. We do like having the new features, but it’s much more important for us to be able to rely 100% on Pipefy.  Best,Mike

Appreciate the need for this, and the new interface does look very good. However, this is breaking multiple things that are already set up. We would really need a working transition period for things like this in the future. For example, we had carefully assigned email templates to specific phases in pipes, but now they all just show up in every phase when you try to create a new email from a template. More seriously, our file attachment links are no longer working from template emails. We had this highly integrated in our operational work and it is very disruptive.
