Plano Business - Espaço em Disco

Estamos analisando o plano Business do Pipefy, e verificamos que possui um limite de 20GB de armazenamento. Em virtude de alguns processos que queremos implementar, acreditamos que 20GB seja pouco espaço, contudo, nesse momento não há motivos para adquirirmos o plano Enterprise.Em relação a anexos nos cards, que entendemos que se trata da maior volumetria, é possível com o tempo “limparmos” os anexos, mantendo os cards, para controle?Obrigado!

How to set a personalized action when my card changes phase

I want to set a trigger so that when my card changes to a specific phase, I can get it's data and use it to do a request to another API.What would be the best way to do this? Is it possible to do it inside a Pipefy framework app or would it be better to fetch the card/pipe data with graphql?

Impedimento de criar nova automação por suposto loop (que não existe)

Eu tenho um requisito que diz que: Caso um determinado campo seja preenchido com um valor fixo = “Improdutivo”, o card precisa ser movido para uma fase “Finalizado” e um novo card precisa ser criado; Caso um card seja movido para uma determinada fase, esse mesmo campo da Regra 1 precisa ser preenchido com um valor fixo = “Cancelado”.O Pipefy deixa eu criar a regra 1, mas quando tento criar a regra 2 ele impede com a seguinte mensagem de erro:“"Esta automação não pode ser criada! Ela resultaria em um ciclo infinito de criação de cards. Em ciclo com ….(id: XXXX)."]]Esse impedimento não faz sentido, pois a regra 2 está atualizando o campo para um valor diferente do que triggaria a criação de um novo card da regra 1. Ou seja, não haverá o loop.Esse é um requisito básico, alguém conhece algum workaround para conseguir atender no pipefy? Outras ferramentas similares permitem esse tipo de configuração sem esforço alto de customização.

Adicionar arquivo para download no formulário inicial

Olá,Temos um processo em que, na requisição inicial, precisamos que o cliente envie uma planilha preenchida.O modelo da planilha é sempre igual. Há alguma forma de inseri-la no formulario inicial para que o cliente faça o download e, em seguida, a suba preenchida?A ideia era, no lugar dessa descrição, estar a planilha para o cliente baixar e preencher:Abs!

Adding two numeric values

In Pipefy need to add 2 values. Example If I have multiple line item in Invoice, updating each line item and a field should show the total value of the line items.Can we do this using database or adding cells using dynamic value. Please advise.

make inclusion of labels, without losing an existing label without card

When I say an update on the card just to update the Card, all Label markings are lost. Here's the GraphiQL I'm using: mutation { updateCard( input: { id: 568589818, title: "Update Card", label_ids: ["307521167"], }, ), { clientMutationId card { id title } }} But when I want to include a new label, the previous label is lost, follow the examplemutation { updateCard( input: { id: 568589818, title: "Update Card", label_ids: ["307597207", "307597211"], }, ), { clientMutationId card { id title } }} Note that the label of the first code is not maintained, if I consult the labels of the card, only the last two will be returned ( label_ids: ["307597207", "307597211"] ) . I would just like to add the two labels and keep the old label. So the CARD would have the three labels ( label_ids: ["568589818", "307597207", "307597211"] ) Is there any way to just append labels to the CARD?

Calculos simples

Olá, boa noite, minha empresa é toda gerenciada pelo pipefy, porém ainda não faço uso de Interações, e sei que não consigo fazer calculos basicos entre campos, pergunta? qual a melhor solução? Consigo deixar uma planilha na nuvem e tentar importar dados pra essa planilha com formulas e depois ler os dados dessa planilha já pronta, ou tentar integração com um software de erp mesmo?? trabalho bem com planilhas, é possivel eu importar dados para dentro de uma planilha na nuvem e depois ler ela já com os calculos feitos??

Como atualizar um campo anexo ao receber um e-mail?

Boa tarde, pessoal! Criei um formulário que contém um arquivo em anexo.Ao rodar um script, se tiver algum erro no arquivo, vou preencher um campo falando que contém erro e vou disparar um e-mail para quem preencheu o formulário.Queria, ao receber uma resposta do e-mail com o anexo correto, criar uma automação para atualizar o arquivo na base de dados, mas sei que não tem como atualizar um campo anexo. Vocês têm alguma outra ideia de como fazer isso? Obrigada!

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN KANBANS

Preciso tirar uma dúvida: dois setores internos, dentro de uma mesma org, mas que precisam se comunicar entre sí. Ao criar o campo “conexão”, o pipefy me da a oportunidade de fazer essa conexão. Perfeito, O problema está em caso essas duas orgs devam tratar do mesmo assunto mais que uma vez. como orquestrar isso? e em termos de sla? pq teremos mais que uma inda e vinda do card entre kanbans. Isso é muito urgente. __________________-I need to ask a question: two internal sectors, within the same org, but that need to communicate with each other. When creating the "connection" field, pipefy give me the opportunity to make this connection. Perfect, The problem is in case these two orgs should deal with the same subject more than once. how to orchestrate this? and in terms of sla? cause we will have more than one in and out of the card between kanbans. This is very urgent.  Tks!

Is it possible to remove editing permissions for connected fields?

I see the option ‘This field is editable on other phases‘ in the phase settings for certain fields. But I do not see that option for connected fields. Is there a way to ensure that a connected field is not edited after it is added to a card?

The 'Autofill Fields' menu does not load properly when updating it

After filling in the ‘Autofill Fields’ option for a card, the menu does not load properly when I go back to update it via the gear icon. Is this a bug or do I need to enter the menu a different way?

Permitir Mover Card apenas pela API

A partir das automações do Pipefy, consigo mover um card de uma fase “X” para uma fase “Y” mesmo que não consiga fazer isso manualmente como um usuário. Porém, o mesmo não é permitido pela API, tendo em vista que a API usa o meu usuário para manipular as ações. Como posso replicar o funcionamento da automação ao mover um card através da API?

Olá Comunidade!Adicionei alguns convidados da empresa no pipefy. Os convidados têm acesso a alguns formulários. Porém, outros formulários necessários não estão aparentes para os convidados mesmo tendo as mesmas configurações de formulário, de pipe e de autorizações de outros formulários que estão aparentes.Alguém pode me ajudar?

Hi,I am evaluating Pipefy because I have a complex IT services business.I have seen how Pipefy can cover most of my use cases.This use case is different: I would like to implement a checklist based knowledge base.I explain: people can have a portal where they can search for a card.Each card solves an IT problem (“disk full problem”) and it has a description text of the problem, one or more links to external documentation and a checklist.Cards can be combined: “finished space problem” can have “inside” the cards “disk full” and “email full”Basically a standard knowledge base has these problems:checklists are better than a long document to read checklists can be assigned to IT staff as a work to doHave you some ideas on how I can implement this thing with Pipefy?Thanks,Mario

Error on Importing Connected Fields to Pipe

Error: “Error on field "Old company link": Value You don't have permission to connect these cards/table records.”Whenever I import an exported pipe or database into a pipe the connected fields throw an error like the above.Background: Is there something I’m doing wrong? I am admin - so have all of the permissions on both tabels/ pipes.

Recurring Task Creation in Pipe with Backlog Phase

We have a pipe for managing tasks with these phases:Backlog To Do Working on it Done for Review DoneThis works well for managing tasks, we use the backlog to add things that aren’t completely defined, draft or not high priority yet.People start working on them with due dates when moved to “To Do”.The issue is for recurring tasks that we have weekly and monthly - looking at the recurring automation I’m not sure how to:Create a new task that is then moved from backlog to “to do” phaseIs there a way to use two automations to do this perhaps? However, you’d need to be able to check it’s an automated recurring task before moving it, perhaps with a specific task type field e.g. Manual, Auto.Would love any experience shares around this or thoughts. Thank you.
