Long Text Fields don't accept any code being stored in them?

Have been running into this issue with the long text field when trying to store text that has some SQL syntax included:Quick fix: Is there a way to escape this so I can enter some code? Long term fix: Should the data in long text fields in pipefy backend be stored in a way to avoid these errors?

Emitir relatório com checklists diferentes entre cards

Boa noite! Preciso emitir um relatório de checklists adicionados para cada card dentro de um mesmo pipe. Exemplo: Dentro deste card, eu tenho o checklist acima. E neste card abaixo, eu tenho outras opções selecionadas no checklist: Eu preciso emitir um relatório automatizado de quais campos dentro do checklist estão marcados em diferentes cards. Alguém pode me ajudar por favor?

Pre-filled Public Forms

Hello,Currently there’s now way how a public form can be already pre-filled when people are accessing it trough a public link, even if there are connections between pipes/databases. But wouldn’t it be possible to at least have a template for that form, so that people wouldn’t need to start from scratch? Sometimes it happens that people need to create cards with very similar information - it would really help if there could be a saved pre-filled template for those cases.

Cards Aren't Moving Automatically on Specific Date

Hello! I’m trying to set up automations within my pipe which will send various email templates when it enters each phase, but it needs to send the email on a specific date. We deliver training so the delegates need to be emailed different pieces of information on different dates leading up to the course, as well as during the course. I’ve tried so many different scenarios and conditions but I just can’t seem to get it to send the info or move the card on the date I specify. I’m hoping someone can offer some advice? (Hopefully I’ve explained it clearly enough) Thanks

Pipe "Dashboard" permissions for Restricted View Users

BACKGROUND:We have a pipe with ‘restricted view users’ so they only work on their items. However, we’d like them to see the dashboard charts.ISSUE:We’ve set the permissions to read only for them in the dashboard permissions. They are seeing no data in the charts (they see empty charts)Screenshotsthese are role permissions set for dashboard This is what the user’s see - the charts/ but no data in them (whereas I can see the data fine)

Olá pessoal!Eu estava fazendo um template de PDF para envio de dados dos meus cards, e para a minha tristeza, vi que não é possível incluir conexões.Gostaria de saber se realmente não existe nenhuma forma de incluir esse tipo de dado? Pois, a ferramenta de PDF perde totalmente o sentido se eu não posso sequer usar os dados do Pipefy.Obrigado!

Hello, we are using this object (https://api-docs.pipefy.com/reference/objects/User/) in you api but we are getting a user from pipefy's CSM team a#####@pipefy.com So we pay for this user? I believe that she appears in the response because she gives us some support on our pipefy organization. How can I identify that this user is from pipefy and not my org?

Prevent users from seeing/ accessing field

Scenario:A field is on start form which shouldn’t be used by the user An automation fills itIssue:To prevent users modifying it we make it a hidden field (conditional) When a field is hidden it seems that the automations don’t work?Question:Can you confirm this is expected behavior for Pipefy? Am I missing a simple way to have non-user fields and have them updated in pipes?Potential Solution:If the API doesn’t have the limitation of automations (hidden fields not updatable) we could use the API to update the fields (if this is the best option, can you confirm that API works with hidden fields?)

Changing a Pipe configuration on Phases after implementation

Hello,I create a Pipe and was started to be used a few months ago, however we review mapping process with other company stakeholders leading in the need to change Pipe configuration, is the any support to help to know if aI change the order what happen with the Cards that are in progress or recommendations (ex. complete all cards before new changes)? Importing Data Into Multiple Fields

I would like to import data that fills fields across multiple phases for new cards. I.e. one row of data would be used to create a new card and also fill in data for other phases of that card at the same time - not just the start form. When I am importing data, the importer tool allows me to select these ‘extra’ fields outside the start form, but I get an error each time I select them and then attempt an import. If I only import data only for fields in the start form, then I can create cards without any problems. Am I doing something wrong or is this not possible to do right now?
