Guest Permission and Request Area - Beta Program

Hello everyone! 👋 I am here to invite you to our beta/testing program for a two new features we are developing in Pipefy: Guest Permission and Request Area. If you need to invite external guests to your company and want them to have a proper and safe way to sign in on Pipefy - this is for you!  We now have a new user permission, called "External guest". Invite as many people as you want with this new role level. Guests will access your company's Pipefy account and create requests only on select forms that will appear in the Portals tab.In other words, as an Admin, you can decide which forms your guests will have access to! Amazing, right? 🤩Additionally, they will be able to follow their requests in a new Request Area - all of this within your company's account, guaranteeing privacy and security. Currently, we are opening up a few slots for early adopters who want to test this and provide us with feedback. If you are interested in that, please fill out THIS FORM! 🚀 Learn more.

Programa Beta para Permissão de Convidado e Área de Solicitações

Olá pessoal! 👋 Gostaria de convidar vocês para o nosso programa de beta testes para duas novas funcionalidades que estamos desenvolvendo na Pipefy: Permissão de Convidado e Área de Solicitações. Se você precisa convidar pessoas externas para sua empresa e quer que essas pessoas tenham um cadastro e uma forma segura de logar na Pipefy - essa funcionalidade é pra você! Nós temos agora uma nova permissão, chamada "Convidado externo". Convide quantas pessoas você precisar com esse novo tipo de usuário.  Convidados vão acessar a conta da sua empresa na Pipefy e vão poder criar solicitações em formulários selecionados, que vão aparecer na aba "Portais". Em outras palavras, como Admin, você pode decidir quais formulários pessoas com essa permissão poderão acessar.  Incrível, né? 🤩Além disso, pessoas convidadas poderão acompanhar o status das solicitações em uma nova área, chamada "Solicitações" - tudo isso dentro da conta da sua empresa, garantindo privacidade e segurança.  Atualmente, esta

What about having one single place for your guests to find and submit their requests, communicate about them, and have real-time updates while you guarantee information security?Meet Pipefy’s new Guest Experience, a set of new features to improve how you interact with guest users, keeping communication centralized and increasing the satisfaction of your stakeholders.To unlock a better experience, you can start inviting guest users without extra cost and choose what role they will have inside your organization within Pipefy:  New Company Guest role: For members of your company that does not manage processes inside Pipefy, but need to send requests, such as PTO and reimbursements.
