Number of Columns via API

 Is there any limitation on returning columns via the API?I didn't find anything about it in the API documentation, but when querying a table with many columns (+100), some columns are not appearing in the query.https://api-docs.pipefy.com/reference/queries/table_records/#table_records

ChatGPT and Pipefy

Here I share some ideas for using ChatGPT that can help when building queries and mutations. Mutation for updating cards: Here I think it's cool that it responds to an API limitation and brings a suggestion.I did a test giving the name of the fields and it already brings the custom code.  Query to search for cards: In addition to bringing the code suggestion, it brings clear explanations of which fields need to be changed.  Even with the limitations of updating ChatGPT, I believe it is a good tool to be used on a daily basis by those who work with Pipefy. It can also be used when creating interactions with Make/Integromat, among others. How have you been using ChatGPT together with Pipefy?

API consumption count

Does anyone know how Pipefy's API consumption is counted? They're wanting to sell me an additional consumption package, but the team that wants to sell me doesn't know where I'm consuming. From my counts, I'm making around 2-3K API calls per month. According to the Pipefy team report, we are doing 15 K. They can't explain.

Within a project, a need arose for a user profile that has a restricted view of the cards that it is marked as responsible and, at the same time, cannot edit any field on the card and perform an action such as sending an email or moving the card.It is a mixture of the VIEW ONLY and RESTRICTED VIEW profiles that currently exist.

Hello,Today we still have some parallel processes and control that happen outside of Pipefy under the three justifications below:  Difficulty when editing tables and cards: In Pipefy, we need to click on each record we want to edit, search for the field, change it and repeat the process as many times as necessary. This makes it very difficult to perform bulk changes. Suggestion:  Allow editing on cell click (similar to Sheets/Excel). This applies to Pipefy tables and the Pipes list view. We were unable to filter cards or records effectively.Suggestion: Add filters function by field in tables and Pipes. This solves a lot of other problems. We are unable to create conditional columns with calculation. Suggestion: Create a conditional column/field function with simple arithmetic calculations, word processing and dates.

Facilitate access to the field ID/TokenSubmitted

Add the Token / ID of the field in the field settings.Currently, the field ID can only be extracted using GraphiQL, which makes the process a little more difficult for you to use this information to create automations. Example of where the ID could appear:

Solutions for Tag Update via API

I identified 3 ways to update tags through GraphiQL. You should use the most appropriate format for your process. Scenario A) Updating a single tag. Solution 1: This is the simplest scenario and should only be used if your Pipe has only one label field. mutation{ updateCardField(input: {          card_id: XXXXXXXX field_id:"label_1"          new_value:"XXXXXXXX" }) { clientMutationId success } }In this format, as the update is from a field to a label, there is no problem. Scenario B) Updating multiple labels in different fields. For this scenario, there are several solutions, as simply updating the label fields does not guarantee that the card labels are properly updated / synchronized with the Card labels. Solution 2: Update more than one tag field, each field with a tag.mutation{ m1: updateCardField(input:{ card_id:XXXXXXXX field_id:"label_1",new_value:"XXXXXXXX" } ) { card { id } }m2: updateCardField(inp

In Integromat, configure the trigger that will trigger the automation. Some examples:- Card creation;- Phase change;- Field Update;- Scheduled triggers (time, day of the week)- Card expired, expired or delayed. In the second step, use the Update a Card Field module. Select the field you want to update with the calculation and configure the filling using the standard Integromat operators. Copy and Paste Images in Comments and AttachmentsSubmitted

I'm deploying Pipefy to a client and he complained that Pipefy doesn't have this copy and paste function.The client used Asana and liked this feature a lot, as he didn't need to save the prints to be able to attach them to tasks.I think it would be a great feature for Pipefy.

Copying Cards Between Organizations (Triggers or Import)

 If you work with different organizations and need a connection between them, these two integration flows can help you a lot. The flows were built using Integromat: 1) Copy based on triggers.Example: When a card form is moved in organization X, create a card in organization Y:  Integromat's integration modules are very flexible and exploit all Pipefy APIS. The difference is that in Integromat, you were able to select different Pipes in each module, even if they are in other organizations:  2) Copy all the cards in a given phase or pipe from company X to company Y. This automation can be done only once or can be programmed based on periods. If importing is required only once, you can also do it via Importer (Standard Pipefy Application):  In the examples I made the simplest possible flows. Connect Pipefy with Google Cloud Plattaform

I need to extract the data from the pipefy and write it to a DW in the GCP. Has anyone done this process? Any leads? I saw that one of the ways is through Google Cloud Run, but I can't get it to work.I'm thinking about this pipeline to be able to connect Pipefy to Power BI Online since the connector only works on Power BI Desktop.

Criei uma automação externa que envia e-mails com base na mudança de fase de cards, entretanto, eu gostaria que eu recebesse uma cópia do e-mail no mesmo card que gerou o disparo do e-mail, assim eu poderia acompanhar melhor se os e-mails foram enviados e quando foram enviados.Existe uma lógica por trás dos e-mails os cards? Alguma ideia de como resolver? pipe1191780+h9UuYfP8@mail.pipefy.com  Observação: Eu não utilizei o modelo de email do Pipefy, pois o processo envia 6 tipos de e-mail diferentes (com base em informações previamente preenchidas no Pipefy) e o Pipefy permite apenas um template por trigger.

Best practices for working with branches in Pipefy.

I am deploying Pipefy in a company that has two branches (with the expectation of opening three more) and I would like all branches to share the same Pipes (to reduce the number of automations and create a global view of the process).My solution was to create a branch table, where I listed those responsible for each area. With the automations, I linked the responsible person to each card based on the informed branch.To facilitate the filter by branch, I created another branch field with the label type.What I couldn't solve:1) I wish that the users could not see the cards of the other branches (without them needing filters).2) The restricted view does not solve, as the user needs to see the branch cards, even if he is not marked as responsible.I would like to know how you have been doing in these cases.Greetings from Brazil.
