Como eu posso arquivar um card com campos obrigatórios não preenchidos?

Olá, Estou com um problema em meu pipe em que não consigo mover cards pelo fato de alguns campos obrigatórios não estarem preenchidos. Estes campos são obrigatórios pois o card não pode avançar de fase caso estas etapas do processo não sejam concluídas, todavia, o card não está avançando, ele está sendo encerrado e o processo sendo arquivado para futura reavaliação. Quando seleciono a fase “Arquivados” em meu pipe, ele não permite que o card mova já que os campos obrigatórios não foram preenchidos, como resolvo isto?

How do I have a public form with fields different from the initial "internal" form?

How do I have a public form with fields different from the initial "internal" form? For example:I have a public form with a field “NAME OF THE REQUESTER” and a field “CONTACT”, besides other 3 fields regarding the process.However, not every time a card needs to be created by a public form, sometimes the pipefy users will create it themselves, when that happens, the fields “NAME OF THE REQUESTER” and “CONTACT” are not necessary, as the users are employees of the same company. Only the 3 other fields are necessary to be fulfilled.
