Access to reports by users with restricted visionSubmitted

Hello Community! I would like to suggest that users with a restricted view on a pipe also have access to report creation / viewing. Currently users with restricted view cannot create / view reports and this generates rework for member / admin users as they need to generate the reports and send them by email, for example, to users with restricted view. Documentation of processes within pipepy

Hello Guys,I'm starting a journey to document important information about the processes modeled within pipefy and would like to ask the community if anyone has done something like that.My idea is that within pipefy I can write who owns the process, who can make changes, what the purpose of the pipe is, why users have x type of view, what are the main rules for automations and triggers, etc.Has anyone thought of something like that?

Tracking Support Tickets with Pipefy Channel

Hello! Is there any way to receive information about open requests through the pipefy support channel that were directed to the technical support team?Every time I need an update about the ticket I have to contact chat and open a new request.This lack of feedback on requests that goes to the support team is very bad.Gabriela Chammas

Reorganizing the pipes icons on PortalSubmitted

Hi guys,  I want to leave a suggestion for improvement for the portal configuration page: the possibility of moving (reorganizing) the pipes icons.Currently this is not possible and sometimes it generates a super rework because I have to update the portal with a new process and it should be next to another similar process, as reorganization is not possible I have to delete the icons and add them again.Hope this will be available soon.Gabriela
