How we build at Samsonite an error-proof purchasing process with PipefyNews

Hi everyone,I'm Mauricio Rizzi, Customer Service and Procurement Manager and I work at Samsonite Brazil. Before Pipefy, our procure team had almost no control over the process and procedures. Because of that, we were struggling to deliver value to internal stakeholders.
