SLA - Contar somente em horário e dia comercial

Boa tarde  a todos. Como faremos para que o SLA só conte em horário Comercial.Não é justo que alguém que abra um chamado as 17, conte o tempo após as 18 até o dia seguinte e não somente até as 18, depois volta a conta após as 9 da manhã no dia útil seguinte.

Upload de anexo para o card via API

Estou implementando um integração que irá enviar os dados para preenchimento do formulário de início do funil através da API GraphQL.O nosso formulário contém dois campos para anexar arquivos.Gostaria de saber como faço para enviar um arquivo para o s3 do Pipefy para, em seguida vincula-lo a um card.Já estou gerando o CreatePresignedUrl mas não consegui encontrar instruções de como devo postar o arquivo para url disponibilizada no response.O seguinte post me deu alguma ideia do caminho mas não esclarece a parte do upload do arquivo.Estou recebendo a seguinte mensagem de erro quando tento fazer o PUT para o s3: <Error><Code>SignatureDoesNotMatch</Code><Message>The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Erro ao acessar anexos via API

Boa tarde, espero que estejam bem!Ao realizar uma query dos cards via API, os campos do tipo anexo retornam links para download dos documentos. Contudo, esses links possuem uma data de validade, não funcionando para cards mais antigos. O link tem esse formato:https://app-storage-service.pipefy.com/v1/signed/uploads/[valor].pdf?expires_on=[valor]&signature=[valor]"Notem que há um “expires_on”, que define quando o link deixará de ser válido  - sendo que ele não é reposto por um link mais atualizado em uma eventual query.Essa será uma situação recorrente em nosso pipe, uma vez que muitos desses documentos são anexados no formulário inicial, sendo extraídos apenas quando o card em questão estiver finalizado - de modo que o link para download dos documentos atinjam da data de validade. Sabem dizer como contornar essa situação? Caso não haja essa possibilidade, qual é o prazo de validade desses links? Abs!

Pesquisa em Database - API

Oi pessoal tudo bem? Criei uma database com os campos Nome, e-mail e telefone. Gostaria de saber como faço pra fazer uma consulta apelas pelo número de telefone e que me retorne os dados de nome e e-mail, relativos a pesquisa que fiz pelo telefone. Tentei algumas coisas pelo graphiql mas não entendi muito bem como usar o search dentro do table. Obrigado!

Problem using mutation moveCardToPhase

Hi, I want to update the field Done from false to true of a card using graphQL, how can I do that ? I need to move some cards to next phases:I´m tryng this mutation: mutation {  moveCardToPhase(    input: {      card_id: cardID      destination_phase_id: newPhaseID    }  ) {    card {      id      current_phase{        name      }    }      }}And I’m getting the bellow error"message": "Card could not be moved to phase id: 1234567"How can I figure out what fields are required to allow this Phase updating of the card ?Thanks in advance for any help.

Reordering List View - Possible?

New kid on the block here, TIA. How does one reorder the columns in the LIST VIEW and permanently keep this order for the individual user and/or the whole team?  For example, the LIST VIEW shows the following columns of information from left to right:Current phase -> Title -> Due date -> Assignees -> Labels -> Etc. What if I'd like it to show this instead?Title -> Assignees -> Current phase -> Due date -> Etc. -> Labels Do we have the ability to reorder permanently? Do we have the ability to resize permanently?

Como conseguir um campo customizado específico de um card

Olá! Queria saber se é possível eu conseguir um campo específico, no caso eu estou utilizando o pipedream para fazer a conexão com Pipefy através da query abaixo. Só que é devolvido como resposta esse Array grande com todas informações do card e no caso eu só precisaria do campo tipo_de_contrato(Estou usando um card teste), seria possível eu filtrar isso em Node/JS ou há outra query para filtrar campos customizados? Desde já agradeço!

HTML vs Markdown vs portal

Portal / Guest - Request Search

I would like to know experiences and practical applications in the routine of invited applicants, whether through the Portal or with a guest profile, when the demand is "search" for cards, application of filters, by status, by pipe, by phase, by dates, etc. .I also want to understand the pain of these requesters, when they need to locate a request without knowing the ID, and they need to apply searches.

Change index_name from a field

Hi guys, how can i change the index_name of a field, when i create a new field in app.pipefy, the "index_name" is "field_1_date", i need to change this to “due_date” instead of “field_1_date”, in order to integrate with my backend via graphql, that’s possible?Thanks

Hi I have a Service Catalog with SLAs used to calculate the Due to.  But the calculation in calendar days, but I need to calculate in Business day.  Is there a way to do this? Thanks

Conexão dentro do mesmo Pipe

Preciso controlar Remessa p/Conserto e Retornos Parciais no mesmo pipe. Cada Card é uma demanda e vários Cards podem gerar apenas 1 NF Remessa Conserto e no Retorno de Conserto ser devolvida parcialmente em épocas distintas. É possível criar conexão entre os cards onde é preenchido o campo nºNF em todos os cards conectados e os cards só serem movidos para finalizado quando o card principal chegar na fase finalizado?

Billing

Hi,We have made our payment in time, with the known Mastercard.However it seems the payment is declined, therefor we are 1 month in delay of payment.The account is still open but we cannot access the billing page anymore, which seems a not logical.We want to make the payment, but we are prohibited to do the update ? How in earth can we solve this?We even want to pay upfront for the whole year if someone please can help us ?!Can you please investigate and return to us asap, since you also blocked the mailintegration now !Extra remark : We can even prove the payment. We are the market leaders in Belgium and the Netherlands for recurring payments, and fast expanding in Europe so we know how the payment system work !

Email template - Send a quarterly notification - Not triggered by an event

Hi, we are using Pipefy as a CRM. I am in need to send out a quarterly NewsLetter to some of our contacts.Can I use Pipefy to create an email template and send the Newsletter to some of our contacts? This is a communication email that is not necessarily triggered by an action in Pipefy. It is just a communication email. It it is not possible, my other alternative is to use the contact information to send the email using Outlook. Our contacts are in a database that has no relation to the accounts cards, so I have no way to determine which contact name belongs to which account.  Would love some help or ideas on how to accomplish this.

Does the custom connector of pipefy beta have a test connection

Heres the answer after i couldnt refresh dashboard in powerbi service of microsft For custom connectors to work with the on-premises data gateway, they need to implement a “TestConnection” section in the custom connector’s code. This section isn't required when you use custom connectors with Power BI Desktop. For this reason, you can have a connector that works with Power BI Desktop, but not with the gateway. For more information on how to implement a TestConnection section, see this documentation.

How do you cope with the spaces-problem in eMail templates?

When editing E-Mail templates, Pipefy tends to add spaces around fields’ values where I do not want them. I try different ways, e.g. removing in HTML, removing in WYSIWYG editor, but they always come back after re-opening the E-Mail template. It is very annoying and time consuming. Did anyone find a solution or workaround for this problem?I understand that there is no documentation for the E-Mail templates API, right? So I can not build something separate e.g. with GraphQL API or fix the issue programmatically either. Any ideas?The beta version is not better in this regard either, unfortunately, as the problem persists there too.

p.modal features dont work

When I inspect the network traffic I can see the response code 200 and the ‘hello world’ content inside the iframe, as expected! but the modal keep loading and does not show the iframe content.
