Pipefy hosted a live session with Capgemini in the 24th North America Shared Services Week (SSOW). By combining Pipefy and RPA, Capgemini was able to: 

  • Reduced manual work by 600 hours/month

  • 75% reduction in processing time for HR queries and resolution of tickets

  • SLA for ticket resolution improved from 85% (2017) to 98% (after Pipefy)
