How many days after payment late is the account blocked in Pipefy?

Hi, I need to update my credit card information on my account, but I just wanted to know how many days it will take to block my account? Will I lose data from my processes?

Hi @Ana J once your payment gets delayed, you have 15 days to regularize your account before it gets blocked. But, don't worry that your data will not be deleted :)
