Hello everyone,

I hope you are doing well. I have a few questions regarding the functionality of Pipefy:

  1. Can we use the Automate feature to download a PDF generated by the PDF generator tool and upload it to a card field? For instance, if a card enters a specific phase, can we automatically download the PDF generated from a fixed field and upload it to a phase field for further processing?
  2. While creating a PDF template using the tool, I noticed that the Dynamic field tab does not show checkbox field data. Is this not supported or am I missing something? For example, some card fields use checkbox fields for user input. When I tried to reflect this input in the PDF, the dynamic values were not showing up. I temporarily used radio buttons, but it would be great if checkboxes could be used instead.
  3. With regard to the PDF generator tool, I encountered difficulty changing the text color. It seems the button for the text color does not work for me.
  4. Lastly, I am curious if there is a multiple select dropdown field available when creating a phase form.

I wanted to express my gratitude for your previous input, which helped me in clarifying several issues I had encountered. I was wondering if there are any plans to introduce these features that are currently unsupported or not in place at the moment. 

 

Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention a similar issue with the link button in the pdf generator tool, which seems to be malfunctioning as well.

  1. It is not possible to perform this action in Pipefy yet! But this idea was already submitted and you can check this and other ideas here.
     
  2. Some field types are not supported for use as dynamic content in the PDF generator.
    Unsupported fields are: connections, attachments, checklists, or card IDs. All other field types are available.
     
  3. I just confirm with our technical team that this issue is caused by a bug.

    Our developer team is working to find the best way to fix it as soon as possible!😉
     

  4. The option available are the Dropdown select field where a list of options in which only one option can be chosen or Checkbox field where you can add a list of options to be checked.
