🤔Did you know that in Pipefy you can use Regex in Short Text fields? RegEx, an acronym for Regular Expressions, is a type of programming used to match certain patterns, restricting or enabling certain user actions based on what is typed. Using Regex, only the characters you define (and in the format you choose) can be inserted into the field.😀For more details, check out this article from our Help Center!

The automation for creating a connected card is used to carry information from one pipe to another via the connection between the source and target pipe.👉🏼What do I need to start the automation?First you must have both pipes created, and with fields created as well.⚠️Importante for automation to work:The fields in the destination pipe, need to be of the same type as the fields in the source pipe. This means that you will not be able to send information from a number type field of the source pipe to an email type field of the destination pipe, for example. In the case of fields with multiple choices, such as the Single Selection type field, the choices in the source pipe field need to be exactly the same as in the target pipe field. If there is a difference, for example, lower case and upper case, the automation will not work. The fields must be set up as in this example: Pipe Test 1 Pipe Test 2On
This type of automation is ideal when you want to move the parent card after the child card has reached a certain phase in the process.👉🏼What do I need to start the automation?First you must have both pipes created, and with fields created as well. After that you need to connect the pipes, and have connected cards being created in the child pipe.⚠️Important for automation operation! For the proper operation of the movement of the parent card, there must be no obstacles to moving the phase card. For example, a required field in the current parent card phase can’t be empty, or the current parent card phase must not allow the card to move to the phase indicated in the automation. 👉🏼How do I create automation? You can choose from different triggers, like the one in the example below: "A card enters a phase". The automation will be created in the child pipe, as shown in the image: Now you will set the automation action: "Move the parent card". You must select the parent pipe, and also the

Hello, Community! I hope you're great!Today, I share with you a quick video we created to talk about request management in Pipefy. As you know, Pipefy is capable of managing processes in the most varied areas (Purchasing, HR, Sales, IT), and many times these processes revolve around requests. We have a person who needs something asking someone else for this. The idea of the video is precisely to explain this dynamic, and help anyone understand how Pipefy can manage requests, regardless of the department! Check it out:
The first step is to create a phase where you will receive the cards that meet the requirement to send an email before or after the expiration date. In the example, we will set it up so that 7 days before the expiration date of the field an email is sent to the customer. After creating the phase we will create the recurring activity automation. The frequency within the recurring activity is at your discretion, in this case, we use every half hour. Also, we select the option to move the card to the "Proposal" phase which is the new phase created within the "Recruitment Process" pipe in the example: Now we go to "Add new scenario" to set the card to move to the new phase, based on 7 days before expiration. Under Phases > Start Form, we select the due date field. Then under Relative, we set it to exactly 7 days ago, as in the video: After saving this first automation. Let's create the second automation, to send the email. At this point, you should have already saved the email t
Error 30001 Permission Denied.[Painel Make] Depois de muita luta, consegui identificar a causa.
🤔Customers usually ask us “how can I use automation to update my field with an empty value?” This workaround is recommended if your company is on the Business or Enterprise plan (we are going to need automation and a field conditional to enable this workaround). 👉🏼 If you are not in on one of these plans and want to upgrade your account, you can contact the support team in our chat or your CSM, if you have one. 😉 1. First of all, you need to choose what type of field you want to update. We need to create a new field of the exact same type as the field we want to update. So, let's pretend we are interested in updating a field type Date. I already have a Date field in my process, but I also created a new one called “Date - hide”. (I even named it that way to make it very clear that that is the field I want to hide, therefore it will not be visible in my process). This field will always be empty and it will be the one to be used in my automation. 2. In order to confuse process users,
When setting up a new email template, some settings need to be checked. If not, there may be a problem with diverging timezones. My template is at different times, now what?😧First you should access the template and check the current settings. The path taken is this: Pipe Settings > Email > Under Email Templates, select "My Templates" > Select the template you are going to make the change. After that we will check the template settings: Language Settings > Time Zone. ⚠ By default, all templates come in the default time zone GMT 00:00. And if you want to change it, you need to change each template. 👉🏼These settings can only be performed by a pipe member who has admin or super admin access.

The code performs the following steps to trigger the webhook: Webhook (no retry) > Webhooks::Worker (no retry) > Webhooks::RecordWorker > Webhooks::RecordWorkerRetry (in case of retry in the RecordWorker) Webhook receives action performed by the card , repo id and optional info . It checks if the action performed by the card is the type of action that will trigger a webhook. If it is it will call the second step. Webhooks::Worker > receives action performed by the card , repo id and optional info. It finds the webhook id and if the id exists calls the third step. Webhooks::RecordWorker > receives webhook id , repo id and optional info. It attempts to trigger Webhooks::Notifier, which is the one that will actually do the webhook thing. If our system has any issues during this action it will then proceed to the last step. Otherwise, it will finish the action. *Problems on your server are not triggering the retry functionality. ⚠ Problems on the client side include timeout
Importer App ErrorsF.A.Q.
Here we list some possible errors and solutions that may occur when using Importer App to import data into the pipe or database: 📍What to do if an import crashes?Only Pipefy's support team can reactivate or cancel your import, in which case you'll need to contact the team via the chat within the platform. Just inform that the import is stuck, and if you need it to continue or be cancelled, along with the pipe URL and if possible, when to inform when the import was started. Now, if your import has a red number before the“/”, your import did not work and anautomatic email has already been sent to inform you of this. 📍What to do in cases of an import that did not work? Here's a step by step in the e-mail sent automatically (always with this initial text from the image below), attached, a .csv file is available - containing the information that could not be imported. When accessing the file, in the last column it is possible to see exactly the field that caused this error / failure in its i
Setting up an SMTP, there are 4 error messages that we expect Pipefy to inform when something goes wrong with the configuration. Below you will find some possibilities.Causes and Solutions:🔹”We couldn't reach your SMTP host,' 'make sure your Port number or Host address is correct”: Pipefy shows this error when a "Net::OpenTimeout" type, error occurs. This means that when trying to connect using the information provided by the customer, we reached the timeout limit of the SMTP test connection probably because the Host or Port is wrong or is not configured to support SMTP protocol calls.🔹"Incorrect credentials, make sure your Username or Password is correct" This message appears whenever we receive a "Net::SMTPAuthenticationError".The reason for this could be:The Username/password is incorrect, and the email Domain doesn't currently support SMTP setups The user email isn't configured to support SMTP setups Client has 2FA on outlook (outlook only supports simple authentication for SMTPS
