You probably have some questions, right? So I’m adding more information about the Gartner Peer Insights:

• Reviews are anonymous: Your name and company will not be shared or visible. Only identifying details displayed will be role, industry, and organization size

• You don’t need to be a Gartner client. If you are not, when you register, you’ll need to use your business email, or sign in with LinkedIn, as personal emails addresses are not accepted

• All submissions are reviewed by Gartner to ensure validity and to maintain the integrity of the forum

• As you review comparative Peer Insights scores for Business Process Automation Tools, you’ll note, as we did (on the date this email was sent), that scores across all vendors averaged a bit over 4.6 (on a scale of 1 to 5), and that Pipefy scores were greater than competitors. We want your responses to be honest, but wanted to make you aware of our observation regarding scoring norms

• The measure ‘willingness to recommend’ is rated on a scale of 1 to 10. Scores of 8 and above are considered positives, while scores of 7 and below are not.
