Hello, everyone. I hope you're all doing well. Today, we are releasing two important improvements in Pipefy: Task area: where guests, agents, and admins can check and solve their pending actions (tasks) Task assignment flow: allow agents and admins to assign a pending action to other users First of all, what is a Task?A task is a pending action in the process that prevents a card from advancing without completion, requiring an external intervention to solve it. Some task examples:Manager approving a vacation request Employee filling in pending information to unblock a request Candidate sending pending documents for admissionThe task area makes it easier for the user to find and act on their pending demands, no need to look in different emails or pipes for the link to access a pendency (phase form) anymore. How does it work? Previous behavior: the user had to check their email to access the phase form to solve it. If the user receives many phase forms (tasks) a day, there will be m

Hello, everyone. I hope you're all doing well today. Today, we have released a new documentation feature allowing you to write down all essential aspects of your process and have it saved inside its pipe. The pipe description came to help you solve your problems when explaining a process to a team member or understanding how a new process works. ✍ How does the feature work?At the top of the pipe, right beside its name, you can access an "information" icon allowing admins to write down everything they need about a process and members to read the information only. The feature contains customization capabilities such as text format, bullet points, and hyperlinks. We are eager to have you use the feature and give feedback on what you want to see next in the "Pipe description." 🎉 Thank you,

📲🗣 News | Do you want to see your request messages on the Mobile App? Now, you can!!News
Hello everyone! 🆕✨ I’m thrilled to announce that we are releasing an improvement in the Request Area feature as part of the Guest Experience effort, but at this moment in the Mobile App.Now, you can see your message history inside the request card, and also preview/download the attachments inside the message.This feature allows you to complete some journeys as well because now we support the Phase forms on Mobile. So, if you receive a link within the message, you can click on the link and will be taken to a Webview already authenticated, with no need to log in to the web again. Amazing, right? 🚀 How does it work? If you open any request card, you will be able to see the Messages tab, where you as a requester will be able to see that email in the request open card. Additional information: Possibility to preview/download attachments;Webview authenticated;Clickable links; Read messages; The news is already available in the 2.26.0 version! I wish you all an excellent 2023 Thinking about improving the user's self-service experience and also helping them to report their issues easily and faster, the App squad team has implemented a Help desk button inside the App.Now, you can ask for help without closing the App mobile and going to the Web! 📲How does it work?On the Profile button, you can find an option called "Help Center" when you click on it, the Help Center page will be opened, so you can find helpful articles and a chat to talk to Support. What's new?Now, your database records can be automatically updated when a card is updated or moved to a specific phase. Why is it valuable?With this enhancement, you and your team can experience more agility and accuracy in your processes. Hello, everyone. Hope you're doing well! Do you have a form you frequently need to use to create requests but always need to search it? Now can hover on the Form in the Portals area and favorite it. This way, you can have the most important Forms for you right at the top to easily access them. We hope this improvement can help you have a better experience in finding the correct form to make a request. This improvement is now live in both web version and mobile app. For the App mobile version, you also need to update the App to version 2.21.0 in the Apple store for iOS or in the Play store for Android. As a requester, you will get notified every time your request's status is updated; Also, every time your requests get a new e-mail; And a final notification when your request is completed. 💎 Why is it valuable? 🔐 Now Super Administrators can create company custom roles
Hi community members, howdy?Now, in the Admin Dashboard, the Super Administrators can create company custom roles. If the default roles that Pipefy offers (Super Administrator, Administrator, Member, Company Guest, External Guest) do not fit the roles that your company needs, you can create custom roles and grant/revoke which permissions these roles will have. You can have as many roles as you need for your company. Just create a new role, define the permissions and assign the users to it. Click here and find out all about the new Custom Roles in Pipefy. Hello, everyone. Quick update in connection fields!We have just added the feature “this field is editable on other phases” in connected fields (pipes and databases). This means that now admin users can safely block the edition of connected fields on cards by agents of the process. This brings more consistency and safety into your processes with Pipefy.Thank you,
💡Admin Dashboard: Invite and add users in bulk to a Role
Hello Community🤗, As part of the initiatives we are working on, related to the User Permissions, today I want to announce one more update. Now, the Super Admins and Administrators can invite and add users in bulk to a role in the Admin Dashboard. When accessing the Roles area in the Admin Dashboard and selecting a role from the list, you will see the Users tab in the Role Details panel. All users assigned to the selected role are listed along with the Assign users button. By clicking on it, Super Admins and Administrators will see the new Add in bulk button where they can invite up to 1000 users to the role, reducing, even more, the time to invite and assign roles to company members. ✨ Now you can choose the order of the subtitles in the kanban view
Hello, Pipefy community 👋 You have asked, and we did it! 🚀 Now the card's subtitles display in the kanban view will follow the order you set in the pipe's configuration. If you already have a pipe with some subtitles defined, you can reorder the fields in the order you want them displayed on the card. Simply go to Pipe > Settings > Pipe configuration > Card subtitle > Chose the subtitles and put them in the order you want to see them on the card.💡 TIP: If you want to edit the order, remove or add another field in the middle, you can do that by using the arrow keys on the keyboard. Or you can erase all and add again in the chosen order. 🗓 This feature will be gradually released for every user throughout this week, until July 15th. Let us know if you want to use it right away!

Hello Community, As part of the initiatives we are working related to the User Permission, today I want to announce one more update. Now, the Super Admins and Administrators can assign/invite users to a role in the Admin Dashboard. When accessing the Roles area in the Admin Dashboard and selecting a role from the list, you will see the Users tab in the Role Details panel. All users assigned to the selected role are listed along with the Assign users button. By clicking on it, Super Admins and Administrators will be able to assign or invite new or more users to the chosen role in that operation, reducing the time to invite and assign roles to company members. As part of the Admin Dashboard evolution, we are now launching new capabilities for the Role permissions. In this version, we are launching the new Super Admin role and the ability to manage the role permissions actions for the Administrator role in the Roles Area. You just need to access the Admin Dashboard to see the Roles Area and from there you will see the list of 5 default Pipefy roles: Super Admin, Administrator, Member, Company Guest and External Guest. To provide a mechanism that allows administrators to manage users, permissions, user groups, security, automation, and billing aspects, we plan to launch the new Admin Dashboard.
