Hello everyone 👋🏻 I’m excited to announce that now you can get the Public Phase Form link and use that to integrate with other tools, using our API! 🆕 What’s new? We have now a new mutation, called configurePublicPhaseFormLink , you need to pass the cardID and: You will be able to define if the link is enabled or not enabled; You will be able to get the link itself. 💎 Why is it valuable? With this new mutation, you can set a deadline for a Phase Form to be available, and after that specific time/rule, the link will be deactivated. This can be done, using an integration with Workato, for example: This is very important for the procurement process, for example, where suppliers have a certain deadline to send proposals, with that they can ensure everyone has the same deadline; Important for the HR process as well, where HR recruiters can define a specific deadline to get documents, or results from a test; Or any other process where a deadline is required! Hello, everyone. Hope you're doing well! Do you have a form you frequently need to use to create requests but always need to search it? Now can hover on the Form in the Portals area and favorite it. This way, you can have the most important Forms for you right at the top to easily access them. We hope this improvement can help you have a better experience in finding the correct form to make a request. This improvement is now live in both web version and mobile app. For the App mobile version, you also need to update the App to version 2.21.0 in the Apple store for iOS or in the Play store for Android. As a requester, you will get notified every time your request's status is updated; Also, every time your requests get a new e-mail; And a final notification when your request is completed. 💎 Why is it valuable? Hi community members, howdy?Now, in the Admin Dashboard, the Super Administrators can create company custom roles. If the default roles that Pipefy offers (Super Administrator, Administrator, Member, Company Guest, External Guest) do not fit the roles that your company needs, you can create custom roles and grant/revoke which permissions these roles will have. You can have as many roles as you need for your company. Just create a new role, define the permissions and assign the users to it. Click here and find out all about the new Custom Roles in Pipefy. Hello, everyone. Quick update in connection fields!We have just added the feature “this field is editable on other phases” in connected fields (pipes and databases). This means that now admin users can safely block the edition of connected fields on cards by agents of the process. This brings more consistency and safety into your processes with Pipefy.Thank you,
Hello Community🤗, As part of the initiatives we are working on, related to the User Permissions, today I want to announce one more update. Now, the Super Admins and Administrators can invite and add users in bulk to a role in the Admin Dashboard. When accessing the Roles area in the Admin Dashboard and selecting a role from the list, you will see the Users tab in the Role Details panel. All users assigned to the selected role are listed along with the Assign users button. By clicking on it, Super Admins and Administrators will see the new Add in bulk button where they can invite up to 1000 users to the role, reducing, even more, the time to invite and assign roles to company members. Hello, Pipefy Community, We have great news: now, you can integrate Pipefy with your reports tool, such as PowerBI or DataStudio, through API! Here’s how: With Reports, you can filter data from your processes in real time, organize them into columns and export them as a spreadsheet to analyze the information you want. If your team needs to export reports frequently and within a certain period of time, you can automate that process! Configure an API Scheduler routine to automate report extraction using a mutation. The report will be exported in the time period you set in your scheduler. To extract the report, two calls are needed, the first is a mutation that will obtain an ID in the response to be used in the extraction, and the second is a query, which will use the response obtained in the first to obtain the download URL of the report. The initial call, as follows, must inform the ID of the Pipe where the report is saved and the ID of the report already formatted with all the columns
Hello, Pipefy community 👋 You have asked, and we did it! 🚀 Now the card's subtitles display in the kanban view will follow the order you set in the pipe's configuration. If you already have a pipe with some subtitles defined, you can reorder the fields in the order you want them displayed on the card. Simply go to Pipe > Settings > Pipe configuration > Card subtitle > Chose the subtitles and put them in the order you want to see them on the card.💡 TIP: If you want to edit the order, remove or add another field in the middle, you can do that by using the arrow keys on the keyboard. Or you can erase all and add again in the chosen order. 🗓 This feature will be gradually released for every user throughout this week, until July 15th. Let us know if you want to use it right away!

As part of the Admin Dashboard evolution, we are now launching new capabilities for the Role permissions. In this version, we are launching the new Super Admin role and the ability to manage the role permissions actions for the Administrator role in the Roles Area. You just need to access the Admin Dashboard to see the Roles Area and from there you will see the list of 5 default Pipefy roles: Super Admin, Administrator, Member, Company Guest and External Guest. Hello, Community!Here I come with another update inside the product. We got many feedback about being hard to finding where to change a phase description. To help with this edition that wis a little hidden inside the phases advanced options, we have worked on editing the phase description in place inside the Flow. Now, when clicking on the description below the phase inside the Flow, you will be able to edit the phase description, and it will reflect on the Kanban view as well as on the Flow. PS: For now, there is a limitation: you can add and change the description, but it’s still not possible to remove it and leave it “blank”. To remove a description entirely, it’s still necessary to go to “advanced options” inside the editor. We will be improving this as soon as possible. Hello, everyone. Today we come with a minor yet huge improvement in automations. Previously, when creating automation with the event "when a card enters a phase" if the card was being created [start form] the automation wouldn't work because, technically, the card couldn't 'enter the phase' if it was not created yet and it would require to change the automation event to "when a card is created". Confusing, right? We had many support tickets with this problem, and we'd need to explain the problem was in the 'logic' behind the start form is not a phase. To fix this problem and prevent friction, we have now allowed cards from the start form to work with both events. No matter if you select "when a card is created" or "when a card enters a phase" for cards coming from the start form, the automation will work regardless. In case you find any problems with new or current automations, please open a card with our support team immediately. Thank you!

If you need to invite external guests to your company and want them to have a proper and safe way to sign in on Pipefy - this is for you! We now have a new user permission, called "External guest". Invite as many people as you want with this new role level. Guests will access your company's Pipefy account and create requests only on select forms that will appear in the Portals tab.In other words, as an Admin, you can decide which forms your guests will have access to! Amazing, right? 🤩Additionally, they will be able to follow their requests in a new Request Area - all of this within your company's account, guaranteeing privacy and security.
