Ao importar cards, foi necessário retirar a obrigatoriedade de campos que estão escondidos e não seriam utilizados para os casos. Após a importação precisei devolver a obrigatoriedade dos campos.Gera retrabalho e não faz sentido. o importador não deve levar em consideração campos escondidos.

Upgrade to Enterprise does not work

I subscribed to the Business plan. Then I tried to upgrade to the Enterprise plan, but each time I clicked on the upgrade button, I was taken to the dashboard. I tried to contact the support, a message showed up stating that under my plan I cannot receive customer service support!This is disappointing.

Oi, pessoal! Estou tentando fazer uma automação que atualiza um campo em um card pai usando uma requisição HTTP com a API do Pipefy.Quando faço o teste usando mutation no Postman, ela funciona perfeitamente, mas dentro da automação no Pipefy ela simplesmente não executa. Boa noite!  Estou com a seguinte situação, no pipe de cotação de compra, crie um agente de IA que vai analisar qual cotação tem o menor preço e melhor prazo de entrega. Oi,Tenho uma estrutura onde em um pipe eu tenho um pré cadastro onde a pessoa digita seus dados basicos e faz upload dos documentos.Com base nisso, o card para a fase de ‘completo’ e nesta fase eu tenho uma automacao que preenche os dados em outro pipe.O que nao consigo fazer é ele copiar os arquivos anexos do pipe conectado. Entendi que é uma limitacao do pipefy, mas alguem tem alguma dica mirabolante para contornar isso? Valeu

How does the Formula Automation work with Connected DataBase Fields?

Pipefy Automations don’t limit me when inputting formulas for the formula automation.That makes me a bit confused, since I cannot imagine how certain things work, and I would be thankful for clear description. Example of where the confusion comes in:Let’s say I have a pipe, Sales, and a connected Database, Products, each with a price and a quantity. Consequently, for a card in Sales with multiple Products, one can argue price and quantity to be vectors. If I do SUM(MULTIPLY(price, quantity)), do I get the toal price of a card in Sales with all the connected Products, or does it work differently and e.g. MULTIPLY does a cross product rather than a component-wise multipication?And what if I say I have two connected databases with different numbers of entries, i.e., I separate Products and Quantity into two databases and the user can select just one Product but multiple quantities – does the product price vector automatically scale to the size of the quantity, or the quantity vector to th

HelloManaging user access requests efficiently is a key challenge in IT operations. How can I check if the data of a card I'm creating in Pipe X already exists in another Pipe Y within my account?

I want to ensure that I don't duplicate card data across different pipes. In other words, I need to verify if a card with specific fields matches a card in another pipe.I’ve already connected the pipes, but currently, I can only search by the card title. I’d like to check other specific fields as well, such as "Company Name" and "CNPJ."Additionally, if the data matches an existing card, I would like to block the creation of a new card to avoid duplicates.Is this possible?

How do I insert a list of my Pipefy tasks on my Pipefy dashboard?

I want my organization to be able to see their assignments (tasks, requests, etc.) in one location.  I would like them to be able to use their Pipefy Dashboard to be their one place to see information including their Tasks and Requests.  I cannot find a way of adding a person’s Tasks and Requests to their Dashboard.  This seems like an obvious and foreseeable ask but cannot find information on this?  What am  I missing?  Thank you.

Searching field information in public form of conected pipe

I found it a little strange, as I saw that it is possible to search for a field on the card and not just by the title in the internal form, but in the public form it is not possible. I wanted it to be possible to search for both fields in the public form and in the internal form.
