Data Export Feature for Interfaces

🚀 Data Export Feature for Interfaces 🚀 We are excited to introduce a new feature in the Data Element of Interfaces, allowing Interface Admins to export data directly in CSV format. This improvement empowers users to easily extract and analyze their data outside the Pipefy platform, simplifying data handling and reporting. What's New?Export to CSV: Interface Admins can now export all visible data from the Data Element in a CSV format with just a few clicks. This option is conveniently located in the same bar as the filter options. Email Delivery: After the export is initiated, users will receive an email with a link to download the CSV file. The link remains active for 30 days, ensuring ample time to access the exported data.Use Case (Example): An Interface Admin working on a specific project must analyze data outside of Pipefy. They can quickly export the relevant data in CSV format, allowing them to perform deeper analysis in tools like Excel or Google Sheets. Why It Matters: This feature—together with our filters—significantly enhances the flexibility of data management within Pipefy, providing users with an efficient way to handle large data sets. The ability to export data on demand increases productivity and offers new ways to manage and analyze information from the Interfaces. How to Use:Navigate to the Data Element in your Interface. Click on the Export data button located next to the filter options. Receive an email with a download link to access your CSV file.As always, we appreciate your feedback. Don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or comments! Interfaces for Larger Companies: Expanding the 15 Interface Limit to Meet Your Needs!

Hi Community! We're excited to announce an update to our Interfaces that addresses the needs of larger companies. We have listened to your feedback and recognized that the previous limit of 15 Interfaces needed to be increased for our clients, impacting their willingness to create processes using them.Job to be done:Increase the usage of Interfaces by allowing more flexibility in the number of interfaces a company can create. Enable big companies to create multiple interfaces tailored to their departments or regions.Use case (example):A large company can now create separate interfaces for each department and country, enhancing organization and management. A growing business can upgrade its plan to accommodate more interfaces, facilitating expansion and process efficiency. What was changed?:Starter Plan: 2 Interfaces Business Plan: 20 Interfaces Enterprise Plan: 100 Interfaces Unlimited Plan: We are still figuring out how to implement it. Feel free to contact us about it. After that, there will be 300 interfaces. Interface limits are now dynamic based on the company plan, ensuring better scalability. Reaching the limit will not allow the creation of a new interface.Additional Information:Single Tenants have a limit of 300 Interfaces. If a new plan is created, the default limit is 15 Interfaces 😀 Your feedback is invaluable as we refine and improve the Pipefy experience. Please stay tuned for more updates, and feel free to reach out with any questions or comments.

Introducing Interface Local Filter Saving

Hi Community! We’re excited to announce a new improvement designed to enhance the workflow and overall efficiency: the ability to save filters locally in Interfaces.Job to be done:Preserve user workflows by maintaining active filters even when navigating away from the page - the same behavior for the pipe filter. Increase efficiency by eliminating the need to reapply filters upon returning from a record detail. Provide a consistent and personalized user experience by saving filter preferences.Use case:A user applies specific filters to view a subset of records and then navigates to a detailed view of a particular record. Upon returning to the main page, the previously applied filters are retained, allowing the user to continue working seamlessly without interruption. What was changed?:Filters applied by users are now saved locally on their session; If you log out or change the tab, you lose the filters applied. This feature ensures workflow continuity, reduces the need for repetitive actions, and minimizes the risk of errors in reapplying filters.Additional Information:This enhancement is part of our ongoing efforts to improve user experience and productivity. We believe this feature will significantly streamline your daily tasks and improve your overall interaction with our platform. We'll explore the possibility of saving these filters and the ability to share the interface with the filter applied.Your feedback and suggestions are invaluable as we continue to refine and improve the Pipefy experience.💥Stay tuned for further updates, and feel free to reach out with any questions or comments.

Changelog: Update in GraphQL API Error Handling

We're excited to introduce a significant update in how we handle errors in our GraphQL API! This change aims to enhance the development experience by providing a clearer and more consistent framework for dealing with error scenarios. What Changed✨Introduction of the "extensions" Key: Now, each error object in the "errors" array features an additional key called "extensions". This addition allows for including extra information about the error, beyond the basic data like "message", "locations", and "path". Standardization of the "code" Field: Within the "extensions" key, we've implemented the "code" field. This field provides a standardized error code for each type of error, making it easier to identify and handle encountered issues. New "correlation_id" Field: In addition to the error code, we've added the "correlation_id" field within "extensions". This unique correlation identifier aids in tracking and diagnosing problems.  💡Why It Matters:🔹Clarity and Consistency: The new format offers a clearer and more consistent structure for error handling, making it easier for developers to understand and troubleshoot issues.🔹Ease of Error Identification: With the standardization of the "code" field, developers can efficiently identify and handle different types of errors.🔹Improved Tracking and Diagnostics: The "correlation_id" field provides a unique way to track and diagnose problems. 💪🏼We're confident that these enhancements will make the development experience with our GraphQL API even smoother and more efficient.👉🏻 If you have any questions or need further information on how to adapt to these changes, feel free to consult our updated documentation or or leave a comment on this post. We're here to assist you!
