We're having a problem:Some fields available on the cards aren't appearing as filter options.How can we make this field appear so we can filter?orWhy isn't the field displayed? Is there a rule or condition required to display it as a filter item?If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.

In it’s present form, Pipefy cannot be used as the principal platform for process/workflow implementation at scale for operationally critical processes.There are insufficient and inadequate safeguards identifying and protecting interdependencies between components, for example;conditional references to phases, fields, field contents automation references to phases, fields, field contentsDelete a field referenced in an automation and the automation fails silently. Before deleting a field, try finding automation references to that field. At scale and for operationally critical processes, this is a critical vulnerability.

I am having some problem when I starting the 'Curso de Pipefy Integration Platform - iPaaS' training. When I click on it in the Academy, it shows up with no content. Are you guys experiencing the same issue?

How can we get a backup of whole documents we upload to the platform time to time as an offline backup? In the same way, about the info, can we get a backup of that?

I am reporting an issue with the mobile app where the application consistently crashes every time I try to attach a document to a card.I have recorded a video showing multiple attempts to upload a file, and in each instance, the app closes unexpectedly as soon as I attempt the attachment. I am attaching the video to this topic for reference.This happens repeatedly and prevents us from completing key tasks on mobile. Please look into this issue and release a fix.

In the mobile app, the ARCHIVED fields continue to appear normally, unlike Pipefy on the web browser. This is an issue that severely disrupts the workflow for those who rely heavily on the mobile version.

Hello, I am attempting to use the Importer App to add data into Cards that are already Created. I have two columns - A - the Card ID of the Card made and - B - the numbers I wish to be added into a field that exists in the Pipefy phases.  Please HELP! Because I do not know if this can be done. All the resources I have read on the subject only discuss creating new cards - and I do not want to do that! I had a connected field that was accidentally deleted, and because of this, all references to this deleted field in the connected cards are still appearing.I can't delete these references to the deleted connected field.Does anyone know how to "clean up" these ghost references from the card using GraphiQL?Thank you. 

Hi everyone,I am exploring ways to improve an appointment management process and wanted to get some ideas from the community.Currently, I deal with NBI appointment requests where people select their preferred schedule, but sometimes they need to reschedule, update information, or miss some required steps before their appointment.Managing all these updates manually is getting harder because it becomes difficult to track which requests are pending, confirmed, waiting for action, or already completed.I was thinking about creating a Pipefy workflow with different stages for each step and adding automatic reminders for follow-ups.Has anyone created a similar appointment workflow in Pipefy?What setup or automations worked well for you to reduce missed appointments and keep the process organized?

I created a shopping cart function by inserting a pipe within another, allowing me to create a CARD with multiple items from a database. However, when I retrieve the item information from a dynamic field, they all appear on the same line. Is it possible to insert a command to generate a line break? There are other data information to show, like a product A + price A [line1] ; product B… [line2]

Goodday, I know I'm on a free plan and I exceeded my free usage quota. I proceeded to delete any useless information and I am now under the usage quota. However, I cannot access the pipes and still get the usage statistics when I try to, except I have no red bars anymore.How can I access my pipes now that the usage is lowered?

Can this be achieved using webhooks, browser automation, or third-party tools like Zapier/Make? Has anyone tried integrating a text transformation tool in a similar way?For context, I’m working on a “letras diferentes” style tool for generating formatted text, and I’d love to connect it with Pipefy workflows.
