In the mobile app, the ARCHIVED fields continue to appear normally, unlike Pipefy on the web browser. This is an issue that severely disrupts the workflow for those who rely heavily on the mobile version.

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately we do not have updates in the mobile version. We usually recommend use the web version on mobile to avoid these scenarios.

Please let us know if you need any other assistance.

I recently reported a bug on the mobile app and was advised to use the web version on my phone instead, as there are currently no updates planned for the mobile application. I’d like to share a quick perspective on why this approach falls short for daily users.

The mobile app is a key tool for our workflow. When it’s running smoothly, it works exceptionally well and offers a fast, seamless experience. In contrast, the web interface is clearly optimized for desktop displays—using it on a mobile browser feels clunky, inefficient, and unintuitive. It simply doesn't replace a native app experience.

Rather than directing users to the mobile browser, Pipefy should continue investing in and maintaining the native mobile apps. Mobile access is critical for on-the-go management, and maintaining a solid mobile app is vital for the platform's long-term usability.
