Oi, gente! Tudo bem?Queria abrir essa discussão aqui para saber se mais alguém tem enfrentado algumas instabilidades no Pipefy nos últimos dias. A gente sabe que a plataforma está passando por várias atualizações legais, mas por aqui o nosso fluxo acabou sendo bastante impactado por alguns bugs. Só para exemplificar, algumas coisas que aconteceram com frequência:Inconsistência nas fases: O cartão aparece na Fase X no painel, mas quando abrimos, ele diz que está na Fase Y. Lentidão e automatizações: Cartões demorando muito para mover, o que nos deixa sem saber se a automação falhou ou se é atrasada. Sumiço de dados e condicionais: Informações sumindo dos cartões e condicionais inteiras que desaparecem na hora de salvar. Erros de carregamento e digitação: Telas em branco com mensagens de erro e o cursor pulando sozinho no editor de e-mail. Movimentações indevidas: Hoje, inclusive, tivemos um cartão que se moveu sozinho para uma fase não definida e acabou disparando e-mails errados.Como m
Goodday, I know I'm on a free plan and I exceeded my free usage quota. I proceeded to delete any useless information and I am now under the usage quota. However, I cannot access the pipes and still get the usage statistics when I try to, except I have no red bars anymore.How can I access my pipes now that the usage is lowered?
In the mobile app, the ARCHIVED fields continue to appear normally, unlike Pipefy on the web browser. This is an issue that severely disrupts the workflow for those who rely heavily on the mobile version.
Hello there!One of my collegues are having trouble accessing her account, and the problem is specifically with her account. I can log in on mine on several computers, but she can’t. We tried on different computers, even on mobile, and the error persists on all of them, and only with her account.
Hi,I’m having an issue with a dashboard chart in Pipefy. When I set up the chart to count cards that moved to the "feedback call" phase this year, it works correctly: However, when I add grouping by months, the chart shows "no results".Has anyone experienced a similar problem or knows how to fix this?
The page Member and Permissions is not working. When I try to see members or add a new one I receive the message "We are sorry, something goes wrong". It works fine a few weeks ago.Any idea how to fix that?
When I pull a report to include the attachment link, if there are more than one attachment, the link does not appear on the report. Is there a way around this? Could the report list all the links for each attachment connected with a Pipefy Card? Please help!
Hi everyone,I am currently trying to automate a daily bank balance inquiry from our corporate account with First Abu Dhabi Bank into Pipefy so our finance team can track cash position directly inside a pipe. The idea is to automatically create or update a card every morning with the latest available balance, instead of someone logging into the bank portal and manually updating the information.We are on the Enterprise plan and started testing this through the Integration Hub using an HTTP request to the bank’s API. The issue is that even though the API call works in Postman with the same credentials, inside Pipefy the request either times out or returns an authentication error. We have double checked the headers, tokens, and IP restrictions, and from the bank’s side they confirmed the credentials are valid.Another challenge is that even when we simulate a successful response, I am not sure about the best way to structure the data so that the balance history is stored properly for report
Outgoing emails are marked as new on the card in the Kanban view as well as in the email tab.Are there settings I can change so that only incoming messages are marked as New? If not, there needs to be a way to do that!
Outgoing messages should never be marked as New. Is there a way to fix that in our settings? Thanks!
Em alguns casos não consigo obter os dados de um cartão pai quando a requisição é feita corretamente.Tenho um pipe chamado [Geral] Propriedade, outro chamado [Propriedade] Item e outro chamado [Suprimento] Estoque Previsto de Obra/Manutenção.Existe um campo chamado Itens, do tipo Pipe connection, no pipe [Geral] Propriedade que cria cartões no pipe [Propriedade] Item.A criação do cartão no pipe [Propriedade] Item dispara um webhook que cria um cartão no pipe [Suprimento] Estoque Previsto de Obra/Manutenção.O problema é que em alguns casos aleatórios eu não consigo acessar o que eu preciso através do PARENT RELATIONS, conforme evidência abaixo: Por exemplo, de todos os cartões que aparecem na imagem imediatamente acima, apenas o cartão destacado em vermelho não teve o cartão criado no pipe [Suprimento] Estoque Previsto de Obra/Manutenção. Além dele, outros 2 cartões, que não aparecem na imagem, também não foram criados.Alguém já teve a mesma experiência? Se sim, como contornou?

Eu deveria conseguir uma vez que os 3 pipes estão conectados, não? Se sim, por que eu não consigo acessar o campo, conforme evidências abaixo? Entendi errado o que é possível acessar de campo entre cartões conectados?
Since yesterday I am unable to open any pipe on my dashboard without being redirected to an updated plan message though I'm not using the free plan's limit.
We need to be able to scroll down to see more than one email message at a time. (see attached) Currently, there no scroll bar there and so you can only have one message open at a time.

The new proposal is unbelievable. To give you an idea, it's not even possible to report a bug and request a fix. Instead of improving, the platform only gets worse.
Hello,Is this a bug, or am I using the filter incorrectly?I was running some analyses and noticed something that seems to be a bug. I’m attaching a few screenshots to illustrate.When I apply the filter on the pipe page, in the Kanban model, with the condition “Created after 10/01/2025”, it shows 6 total cards, but 2 of them were actually created on 09/30 around 10 PM. I believe this may be related to a time zone issue.However, when I go to “Report” and apply the same filter (for example, “Created this month”), which I understand should follow the same logic as the first filter, it only shows 4 cards — and in this case, the result seems correct.Could you please confirm whether this is a bug, or if I am misinterpreting/using the filter incorrectly in the pipe?Thank you!
As current date format is MM-DD-YYYY, most of our staff are confuse when MM & DD is single digits. Checked with AI bot, currently unable to set date format to YYYY-MM-DD. Hope to improve on this, as currently all my reports and details need to change manually after exporting..

I have a database with 105 records, and the total number appears at the top, but the records themselves don’t show up in the database. It feels like there’s some hidden filter that’s preventing me from seeing them. I’ve already tried using a different browser and an incognito tab, but it didn’t solve the issue. Has anyone experienced this before?
