Hi everyone,I am exploring ways to improve an appointment management process and wanted to get some ideas from the community.Currently, I deal with NBI appointment requests where people select their preferred schedule, but sometimes they need to reschedule, update information, or miss some required steps before their appointment.Managing all these updates manually is getting harder because it becomes difficult to track which requests are pending, confirmed, waiting for action, or already completed.I was thinking about creating a Pipefy workflow with different stages for each step and adding automatic reminders for follow-ups.Has anyone created a similar appointment workflow in Pipefy? What setup or automations worked well for you to reduce missed appointments and keep the process organized?
I'm trying to improve how our team documents recurring processes and standard operating procedures. Right now, we have information spread across multiple documents, making it difficult for everyone to find the latest version.I'm curious how other Pipefy users handle this. Do you keep documentation inside Pipefy or use an external knowledge base? How do you make sure team members always use the latest documentation? Have you found a good way to organize tutorials, guides, and reference materials? For one of my personal projects, I maintain a small documentation website to keep technical guides organized, and I've found it useful as a reference:https://ps2bios.com.br/I'd love to hear how your team manages process documentation and whether you have any best practices to recommend.
I had a connected field that was accidentally deleted, and because of this, all references to this deleted field in the connected cards are still appearing.I can't delete these references to the deleted connected field.Does anyone know how to "clean up" these ghost references from the card using GraphiQL?Thank you.
Hello everyone!!! A good question to you masters of Pipefy:Is it possible to create conditionals similar Phase Fields or StartForm Fields on Interfaces? Thx

I created a shopping cart function by inserting a pipe within another, allowing me to create a CARD with multiple items from a database. However, when I retrieve the item information from a dynamic field, they all appear on the same line. Is it possible to insert a command to generate a line break? There are other data information to show, like a product A + price A [line1] ; product B… [line2]
Hi everyone,I've been using Pipefy for a few months, and as we've added more phases, fields, and automations, I'm starting to feel like our workflow is getting harder to maintain. At first everything was pretty straightforward, but now we have several automation rules that depend on each other, and it's becoming difficult to remember why certain actions are triggered. Making even a small change feels a bit risky because I'm worried it could affect another part of the process. For those of you managing more complex pipes:Do you have a naming convention or documentation strategy for automations? Have you ever reorganized a pipe because it became too complicated? Is it better to keep everything in one pipe, or split larger workflows into multiple connected pipes?I'd love to hear how more experienced users keep their Pipefy setup organized as it grows.
Goodday, I know I'm on a free plan and I exceeded my free usage quota. I proceeded to delete any useless information and I am now under the usage quota. However, I cannot access the pipes and still get the usage statistics when I try to, except I have no red bars anymore. How can I access my pipes now that the usage is lowered?
Hello, I am attempting to use the Importer App to add data into Cards that are already Created. I have two columns - A - the Card ID of the Card made and - B - the numbers I wish to be added into a field that exists in the Pipefy phases. Please HELP! Because I do not know if this can be done. All the resources I have read on the subject only discuss creating new cards - and I do not want to do that! Brazil is the 2nd largest user of Generative AI in the world, second only to India.Yet that same country ranks 58th in deep enterprise AI adoption. It looks like a contradiction. It's actually one of the largest windows of opportunity Latin America has seen in decades. This pattern has a name: technological leapfrog. It's the same dynamic that played out with PIX, mobile banking, and WhatsApp as a commercial channel: without decades of legacy infrastructure to refactor, adoption of the next technology layer is cleaner than in mature markets. The data confirms AI is following the same path:78% of organizations globally already use AI in at least one business function (McKinsey, 2025) 60% fail to extract any material return, even with substantial investment (BCG, 2025) 86% of Brazilian professionals plan to increase AI investment, but only 7.8% have actually integrated it into their workflows (HubSpot, 2026) The problem isn't adoption. It's connection.AI has reached the systems. But it has
In the mobile app, the ARCHIVED fields continue to appear normally, unlike Pipefy on the web browser. This is an issue that severely disrupts the workflow for those who rely heavily on the mobile version.

We're having a problem:Some fields available on the cards aren't appearing as filter options. How can we make this field appear so we can filter?orWhy isn't the field displayed? Is there a rule or condition required to display it as a filter item?If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.
Hi everyone,I’m trying to understand if it’s possible to integrate Pipefy with an external text styling tool that doesn’t currently have a public API.The goal is to transform or format text (for example, making it more visually styled) before or after it’s added to a Pipefy card.I’m wondering:Are there any workarounds for integrating tools without APIs? Can this be achieved using webhooks, browser automation, or third-party tools like Zapier/Make? Has anyone tried integrating a text transformation tool in a similar way?For context, I’m working on a “letras diferentes” style tool for generating formatted text, and I’d love to connect it with Pipefy workflows.
Hi, I'm currently using Pipefy in the professional plan and I would love to move to the business or enterprise plan. How can I upgrade my plan?
Hello everyone!I’m having an issue with email follow-ups with my clients. In my process, when a card moves to another phase, some emails are sent to the client informing them of the current status of the request, like a follow-up. However, the emails related to the same card arrive in the mailbox separately, instead of appearing in the same thread. This makes it more difficult for us to follow up with our clients.I’d like to know if there is any way to make all emails related to the same card arrive in a single thread in the mailbox, so the previous messages remain visible and the conversation history is clear.
Hello there! One of my collegues are having trouble accessing her account, and the problem is specifically with her account. I can log in on mine on several computers, but she can’t. We tried on different computers, even on mobile, and the error persists on all of them, and only with her account.
Here I share some ideas for using ChatGPT that can help when building queries and mutations. Mutation for updating cards: Here I think it's cool that it responds to an API limitation and brings a suggestion.I did a test giving the name of the fields and it already brings the custom code. Query to search for cards: In addition to bringing the code suggestion, it brings clear explanations of which fields need to be changed. Even with the limitations of updating ChatGPT, I believe it is a good tool to be used on a daily basis by those who work with Pipefy. It can also be used when creating interactions with Make/Integromat, among others. How have you been using ChatGPT together with Pipefy?
