Boa tarde, pessoal! gostaria de saber se é possível configurar uma automação para que toda vez que eu altere um status específico de um cliente em uma plataforma própria, um card correspondente a ele seja movido no pipefy. Por exemplo, ao desativar o cliente na minha plataforma, os cards referentes a ele no pipe serem movidos para arquivado…

Agora quero criar um Start Form público para que eles abram solicitações — mas quero deixar o processo o mais simples possível.A ideia é que, no Start Form, o cliente digite apenas o CPF, e o Pipefy reconheça automaticamente quem é essa pessoa usando o cadastro que já existe no outro pipe. Depois disso, o card da solicitação já deve ficar conectado ao cliente certo, sem o cliente precisar procurar nada.O ponto é:eu não posso usar um campo de conexão no Start Form, porque isso mostraria a lista inteira de clientes para quem está preenchendo — o que não pode acontecer.Então minha dúvida é:👉 Qual é a melhor forma de fazer o Pipefy identificar automaticamente um cliente pelo CPF e conectar o card ao cadastro dele sem expor a database?Não sei se uso IA, automação ou outro recurso, então qualquer sugestão já ajuda muito.Obrigada! 🙏✨

Peguei o template de contas a pagar e fiz a automação com o google sheets para criar os card de acordo com relatórios que tiro do sistema.Até então, está tudo funcionando perfeito. O único problema é que na criação do card, o formato da data de vencimento, está vindo MM/DD/AAAA, e no card acaba vindo como se estivesse vencido sendo que não está.Tentei encontrar alguma forma de mudar isso, mas não estou conseguindo. Como que posso fazer?

When I pull a report to include the attachment link, if there are more than one attachment, the link does not appear on the report. Is there a way around this? Could the report list all the links for each attachment connected with a Pipefy Card? Please help!

Hello, I am attempting to use the Importer App to add data into Cards that are already Created. I have two columns - A - the Card ID of the Card made and - B - the numbers I wish to be added into a field that exists in the Pipefy phases.  Please HELP! Because I do not know if this can be done. All the resources I have read on the subject only discuss creating new cards - and I do not want to do that! Oii pessoal,Quando adiciono imagens na interface, percebo que a caixa de seleção na maior parte das vezes corta o conteúdo da minha imagem, sabem dizer qual o tamanho ideal para as imagens tanto no elemento imagem como no cabeçalho?

Ao tentar acessar nossos pipes, somos direcionados a uma tela de atualização do plano Pipefy, sendo que não solicitamos isso. Com isso não conseguimos utilizar os pipes. Se clicamos na home, a tela inicial se abre, conseguimos acessar as databases mas os pipes não.Basta clicar em um pipe que a tela de subscrição se abre novamente em um loop sem fim. Alguém já passou por isso?

Olá, bom dia!Tenho algumas condicionais de campos que pararam de funcionar.Quando abro uma delas para edição recebo esse erro:  As condicionais em questão obtêm a informação do campo “Posto Fiscal” que está na database “CNPJ’s” e, ocultam ou exibem campos no pipe “Onboarding” a depender do posto fiscal.As condicionais estavam em funcionamento há alguns meses e não foram feitas alterações recentes nos campos mencionados.Poderiam me auxiliar na solução? Obs: tentei contornar o problema criando um campo chamado “Posto Fiscal” no pipe “Onboading” e preencher a informação de posto fiscal obtendo da database “CNPJs” por meio de automação, contudo, ao selecionar o campo de conexão não exibe os campos da database, apenas as opções de “Registros Conectados” e ID. 

 Pessoal, alguém já construiu a automação para a geração de documento que ocorre em 6:12 do vídeo? Importante destacar que ele cria em DOCX e não em PDF, isso seria muito útil em diversas fases do processo aqui na empresa e não localizei informação sobre isso.
