Upgrade to Enterprise does not work

I subscribed to the Business plan. Then I tried to upgrade to the Enterprise plan, but each time I clicked on the upgrade button, I was taken to the dashboard. I tried to contact the support, a message showed up stating that under my plan I cannot receive customer service support!

This is disappointing.

Why am I unable to upgrade from the Business plan to the Enterprise plan, and why is support unavailable when I need help with the upgrade?
