I found it a little strange, as I saw that it is possible to search for a field on the card and not just by the title in the internal form, but in the public form it is not possible. I wanted it to be possible to search for both fields in the public form and in the internal form. Gostaria de enviar um email de update para os clientes com o andamento do processo, em um template que incluísse: a) o nome da fase atual, e b) a duração de cada fase até o momento, em dias. Já sei criar o template e trabalhar com os campos dinâmicos, mas não consigo encontrar o campo dinâmico para a), e aparentemente b) está em horas, alguém pode confirmar? Obrigado!

I want to ensure that I don't duplicate card data across different pipes. In other words, I need to verify if a card with specific fields matches a card in another pipe.I’ve already connected the pipes, but currently, I can only search by the card title. I’d like to check other specific fields as well, such as "Company Name" and "CNPJ."Additionally, if the data matches an existing card, I would like to block the creation of a new card to avoid duplicates.Is this possible?

Olá, estou tentando configurar uma automação para que, quando o card entre na fase, seja disparado um e-mail. Só que, mesmo seguindo todo o passo a passo direitinho, preenchendo o forms e fazendo tudo como orientado, o e-mail simplesmente não é enviado.Já revisei várias vezes e continuo sem nenhuma automatização funcionando no processo. Isso está me deixando extremamente irritada, porque não faz sentido seguir o fluxo certinho e nada acontecer!
