Hi,

Is there a way to dynamically add the job positions in the portal, as I publish an open job in my recruitment process?

I would like the portal to show all the open job positions and have a apply link. On clicking the apply link it should open the application form. I couldn’t find a way to create a section in the portal that can dynamically add new positions and remove the closed positions.

I would really appreciate help from the community.

Hi @kishor-das ,

While the Pipefy Portal doesn't currently support automatically displaying job openings based on card status (e.g., showing only "open" positions dynamically), there are ways you can structure your portal to achieve a similar experience.

What you can do:

  1. Create a section or subportal called "Careers"
You can manually create a section for each open position using the new portal configuration options.

  2. Use public forms as "Apply" buttons
For each job opening, generate a public form link and attach it to a button or description. When clicked, it opens the job application form directly.

  3. Manually update your listings
When a position is filled, you’ll need to manually remove or hide that section/form from the portal. It's not dynamic yet, but it gives you full control over what's visible.

Even though it's not fully automated, this setup can still be a practical and effective way for you to manage and showcase your job openings.
