Can I integrate Pipefy and PowerBi?

Hi, I would love to send data from Pipefy to PowerBi and have interactive dashboards to keep track of my processes SLAs. Does any one here ever done that?

I’m trying to calculate the average time a card spends in each phase. However, I'm noticing that the results change depending on the configuration.—specifically when I add or remove "Phase Name" or "Current" from the Dimensions. When "Phase Name" is selected & “Current Phase” is added to the filters, the figures are different Could you please clarify: What exactly do "Phase Name" and "Current Phase" mean in this context? What is the correct way to structure this to get an accurate average time per phase?  And do the date filters actually work:

ChatGPT and Pipefy

Here I share some ideas for using ChatGPT that can help when building queries and mutations. Mutation for updating cards: Here I think it's cool that it responds to an API limitation and brings a suggestion.I did a test giving the name of the fields and it already brings the custom code.  Query to search for cards: In addition to bringing the code suggestion, it brings clear explanations of which fields need to be changed.  Even with the limitations of updating ChatGPT, I believe it is a good tool to be used on a daily basis by those who work with Pipefy. It can also be used when creating interactions with Make/Integromat, among others. How have you been using ChatGPT together with Pipefy?

Dúvida sobre automação com requisição HTTP para atualizar card pai

Oi, pessoal! Estou tentando fazer uma automação que atualiza um campo em um card pai usando uma requisição HTTP com a API do Pipefy.Quando faço o teste usando mutation no Postman, ela funciona perfeitamente, mas dentro da automação no Pipefy ela simplesmente não executa. Due Date (Data de vencimento) | Automation | Webhook / Card Overdue

Qual o sentido de existir o Field Type Due Date se eu não consigo ter um gatilho para todos os campos que eu criar desse tipo?Quando eu tenho mais de 1 campo do tipo Due Date, o Fixed Field Due Date sempre fica com o vencimento mais longo por padrão. Se eu deixo o Due Date vazio, apesar de todos os campos Due Date estarem preenchidos, nenhum gatilho é disparado, nem pelo Automation e nem pelo Webhook.Do meu ponto de vista, parece não existir nenhuma diferença significativa entre o campo Due Date e Datetime.

Upgrade to Enterprise does not work

I subscribed to the Business plan. Then I tried to upgrade to the Enterprise plan, but each time I clicked on the upgrade button, I was taken to the dashboard. I tried to contact the support, a message showed up stating that under my plan I cannot receive customer service support!This is disappointing.

Como somar pontuação de cards por nome

Olá, pessoal!Tenho um processo no Pipefy onde cada card representa uma infração cometida por um motorista, e no formulário inicial eu tenho os campos:  *Nome do Motorista *Empresa do Motorista *Placa do Veículo *Total de Pontos Minha ideia é somar automaticamente os pontos de todos os cards relacionados a um mesmo motorista e, quando essa soma atingir 50 pontos, quero receber uma notificação/alerta. Alguém já fez algo parecido?Agradeço desde já pela ajuda! 🙏

How does the Formula Automation work with Connected DataBase Fields?

Pipefy Automations don’t limit me when inputting formulas for the formula automation.That makes me a bit confused, since I cannot imagine how certain things work, and I would be thankful for clear description. Example of where the confusion comes in:Let’s say I have a pipe, Sales, and a connected Database, Products, each with a price and a quantity. Consequently, for a card in Sales with multiple Products, one can argue price and quantity to be vectors. If I do SUM(MULTIPLY(price, quantity)), do I get the toal price of a card in Sales with all the connected Products, or does it work differently and e.g. MULTIPLY does a cross product rather than a component-wise multipication?And what if I say I have two connected databases with different numbers of entries, i.e., I separate Products and Quantity into two databases and the user can select just one Product but multiple quantities – does the product price vector automatically scale to the size of the quantity, or the quantity vector to th

Atualmente, utilizo um conector da comunidade em conjunto com um Token de Acesso Pessoal, mas esse método requer atualizações manuais via Power BI Desktop.​Observação: Com a recente atualização que prevê a descontinuação do uso de Tokens de Acesso Pessoal, essa demanda tornou-se urgente. Imagino que outros possam estar enfrentando a mesma situação.​Necessito de uma ferramenta que automatize esse processo. Estou aberto a utilizar sistemas intermediários, como Google Sheets ou SharePoint. Boa noite!Estou trabalhando com 2 pipes, um público (formulário inicial apenas), onde um dos campos é de anexo e obrigatório, e o outro interno.Meu cenário é: campo de anexo obrigatório no Pipe Público, para o cliente anexar o arquivo correspondente.Pipe Interno, eu tenho uma automação que é: quando um card é criado (Formulário interno), ele cria uma cópia no Pipe Público, mas neste caso não tem o anexo. Como eu posso configurar, alguém sabe?
