Tenho tentado cadastrar a Empresa Júnior que faço parte, recebi um e-mail com o link de acompanhamento de solictação. Mas, o link não me mostra nada e diz “Desculpe, ocorreu um erro”. Alguém poderia me ajudar, a empresa precisa muito dessa ferramenta!

Estou tentando conectar um pipe com outro, porém quando faço a automação de:“Quando um card sair dessa fase” - “Criar um card” em outro pipe. Ele cria, porém o card conectado, vem com o formulário principal e não com o formulário do card (fase) específico que preciso. Não consegui alterar os campos

Quero saber como faço para formatar campos numéricos nesses casos.Notei que campos numéricos que estão no banco de dados como “123456” saem arbitrariamente nos emails e pdfs (de forma aleatória, a formatação não se mantém igual em todos os casos) com separadores indesejados como “123.456” ou “12345,6” ou “12.345,6” Como eu faço para manter a saída de um campo que no banco de dados é “123456” idêntica em emails e pdfs?

Tudo certo?Utilizando o Make, eu consegui exportar uma Database de Candidatos a partir de uma Query.Porém, estou com um problema onde para cada candidato, a ordem das informações é exportada diferente no output, exemplo:Linha 1 = Nome, celular, idade, CPFLinha 2 = Celular, nome, CPF, idadeLinha 3 = CPF, idade, nome, celularDessa forma, não consigo padronizar a impressão dos dados em uma planilha, pois a coluna “Nome” fica com dados que realmente são nomes, porém com celulares em algumas linhas, cpf em outras e assim por diante.Alguém sabe como posso resolver isso no Make e definir a ordem que quero imprimir na planilha?Talvez se tiver como construir uma validação, exemplo: Se o nome do campo for “Nome”, coloque na posição 1Obrigado! Meu processo atual é:Todo dia as 8:00h executo a Query > Iterator para repetir o processo para cada “edge”, pois é uma coleção e cada um é um candidato, contem as informações de cada candidato > Text aggregator para montar a String separa

Hello,Is this a bug, or am I using the filter incorrectly?I was running some analyses and noticed something that seems to be a bug. I’m attaching a few screenshots to illustrate.When I apply the filter on the pipe page, in the Kanban model, with the condition “Created after 10/01/2025”, it shows 6 total cards, but 2 of them were actually created on 09/30 around 10 PM. I believe this may be related to a time zone issue.However, when I go to “Report” and apply the same filter (for example, “Created this month”), which I understand should follow the same logic as the first filter, it only shows 4 cards — and in this case, the result seems correct.Could you please confirm whether this is a bug, or if I am misinterpreting/using the filter incorrectly in the pipe?Thank you!

I am new to Pipefy, how to get the right foundation for my use-case?

Olá,Estou criando uma integração com um ERP para lançamento de cadastros de clientes.Atualmente os cadastros são realizados de forma manual e o ERP atribui uma numeração sequencial automática para cada cliente.Gostaria de saber como poderia fazer para que os novos cadastros feitos por meio da integração continuem atribuindo a numeração sequencial a partir do número do último cadastro feito de forma manual.Muito obrigado!

Não consigo selecionar nenhuma das opções que aparecem, conforme evidência abaixo. A funcionalidade Autofill fields with connected card information > Set fixed value não funciona quando o campo é do tipo Pipe connection? 

I created an automation and it worked very well. After that, I created another similar automation and clicked save. Then, out of the blue, when I checked the automation, it was empty. Could someone help me?

A tabela do “Cards Importer History” tem um botão de ordenação que não funciona. Minha sugestão é que façam com que esse botão funcione! 

Hoje no Pipefy, quando temos a mesma informação cadastrada em diferentes pipes (ex.: quantidade de itens, valores associados etc.), precisamos atualizar manualmente em todos os lugares em que esse dado aparece.O problema é que, se em um pipe principal (como um banco de dados) eu altero um campo, essa atualização não reflete automaticamente nos pipes relacionados. Isso gera retrabalho e risco de inconsistências, já que precisamos editar a mesma informação duas vezes ou maisEm outras ferramentas, existe o recurso de lookup/relacionamento dinâmico, que permite puxar um campo de uma base central e exibi-lo em outros lugares, sempre atualizado.Minha dúvida é:Hoje já existe alguma forma nativa no Pipefy para resolver esse tipo de sincronização de dados entre pipes?Caso não exista, existe alguma previsão ou workaround oficial que minimize esse retrabalho?

 Não, eu não filtrei errado. Não funciona mesmo.

Every time our team replies to an email on a card, it adds another “Re.” to the subject line, which ends up looking like this after multiple replies back and forth with our customers:Subject: Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. Re. actual subject line here..Can we please remove the addition of a “Re.” every single time we reply?

Olá, estou tendo um problema de acesso na minha conta institucional para redefinir a senha. Comecei hoje na empresa e ao tentar criar uma conta o pipefy indica que já existe usuário, porém como não tenho a senha, clico para redefinir a senha,  mas o e-mail não chega e a confirmar que quero a redefinição de senha, não aparece o aviso padrão de que foi enviado um e-mail para reset da senha E-mail institucional - luis.rodrigues@kanastra.com.br
