Melhoria na Exibição de Status de Cards na Aba Tarefas e Solicitações

Olá, equipe Pipefy,Gostaríamos de sugerir uma melhoria na exibição do status dos cards na aba Tarefas e Solicitações. Antes de uma atualização recente, a plataforma refletia corretamente o status atual do card no pipe, mostrando a fase em que o card se encontrava no momento. No entanto, após essa atualização, o sistema passou a exibir o status conforme a fase em que o card foi originalmente enviado, o que tem causado confusão para os solicitantes, que agora veem um status desatualizado, que não corresponde mais ao estágio real do processo.Para melhorar a experiência dos usuários e evitar mal-entendidos, sugerimos que o status exibido na aba Tarefas e Solicitações seja sempre atualizado para refletir a fase atual do card dentro do pipe, assim como acontecia antes da atualização.Acreditamos que essa mudança ajudaria a proporcionar uma navegação mais clara e precisa para os usuários. Sabemos que ajustes podem levar algum tempo, mas gostaríamos de reforçar que essa funcionalidade era uma p

Botão de criar card não funcional no website

Boa tarde pessoal, estou com um problema que talvez quem já tenha passado por isso possa me ajudar.Ao criar o card no meu formulário através da web o botão “criar card” simplesmente não funciona, não dá erro nenhum na tela, nem aviso de campos obrigatórios nem nada. Analisando através do console das ferramentas do desenvolvedor no google chrome pude notar que ao clicar no botão ele me mostra o seguinte erro de sintaxe:  O erro acontece apenas no navegador, no aplicativo do Pipe o formulário funciona perfeitamente.Algumas tentativas de resolução que tentei mas não resolveram:-Trocar de navegador, limpar cache e dados-Trocar de rede / trocar de ip / trocar de maquina-Desativar configurações de firewall da web etc-Dupliquei o pipe e testei no pipe duplicado, mesmo “erro” Até o dia de ontem antes das 12h estava funcionando bem, depois disso parou para alguns usuários, os que continuaram com o cache do navegador conseguiam criar card. Não fiz nenhuma alteração no Pipe essa semana, sendo ass

Combining

At times some of our current customers will fill out our web form.  In doing so it creates a duplicate in our “contacts database” and my question is is there anyway to combine contacts so we do not have multiple copies of the same information? Thank you.

Conectar database com base em Outro campo

Bom dia.Como automatizar uma consulta a banco de dados usando outro campo como ID?Por exemplo:Para o pipe “Entrega de Materiais” o formulário inicial deverá ser preenchido pelo fornecedor com o “Pedido” numa “Conexão de Database - Pedidos” que seria uma consulta. Tenho um Database com “N° de Pedido”, “Nome do Fornecedor” etc... Com isso, eu importo o nome do fornecedor, valor do pedido e material para o card em si.Porém, se eu permito que o formulário inicial possa consultar em uma caixa de seleção, eu facilito o acesso do fornecedor a informações de pedidos de outros fornecedores. Como posso evitar isso?Minha ideia inicial era que houvesse um campo de texto “N° de Pedido” (Cada fornecedor tem somente o seu) e eu fizesse uma automação que após o card preenchido com esse campo, eu alterasse o “Conexão de Database - Pedidos” com base nesse ID (“N° de Pedido”) porém não estou conseguindo operacionalizar essa consulta usando outro campo como ID.

Issue with Anonymous Form Submission and Public Link

I have a form that is 100% anonymous, and I’ve been using the public link for people to fill it out. Until now, it worked even for those who were logged in, and the card would be created under Pipebot.However, today I noticed that the public link's background was not the one I set—it displayed the new portals instead. Additionally, when I opened a card, it was no longer anonymous.This is likely a bug, and I have reported it, but I still wanted to mention it here….

Getting inbound connections on a Card

In a scenario where a Card in "Pipe A" is connected to a Card in "Pipe B" (ie Pipe A has the connect field), is there an API query which, for a Card on Pipe B, will give all of the Cards which are connected to that Pipe B Card? Thanks for any help

Problems with interfaces and roles

Hello! Currently we are experiencing a problem using Pipefy platform, the system says that we have 4 / 2 interfaces used in the Starter plan, but we didn’t use Interfaces at all. When opening the Interface panel, it is empty. (see picture below) Later we discovered that we dont have a SuperAdmin role assigned to anyone, can that be the reason we cannot see these 4 interfaces that were allegedly created? Please help, the AI chat bot you provided obviously doesnt have the answers needed.  Thanks in advance. Max

Pipefy API - Immutable Object Identifiers

Can someone tell me, categorically, which identifier(s) are immutable for each Pipefy Object;Pipe Phase Card FieldWhen discussing “Fields”, my understanding is that “field_id” or “id” is reliably immutable. However, there are other identifiers “internal_id”, “index” and “uuid” each of which would suggest they too could be immutable.Thanks for any helpMark

Automação com Campos de Anexo

Bom dia, Preciso copiar o anexo de um campo para outro, existe alguma maneira simples de fazer isso, sem precisar de uma API? É possível usar uma automação HTTP do pipefy para salvar a url do anexo em um campo oculto e depois mover para o outro campo, ou fazer isso direto com o mutation? Obrigado!

Pipe Connection: prefill direction

We have a Pipe “Customers” which contains all our customers (synchronised automatically from our CRM).We have a Pipe “Customer Enquiry” which customers use (via public Form) to submit a new enquiry.To save time for repeat customers when placing an enquiry, we want to allow them to pick their details from the “Customers” pipe *and* have the data from the “Customers” pipe prefill certain fields in the “Customer Enquiry” pipe (Name, Business Address etc).When we include a “Customers” Pipe Connection in the “Customer Enquiry” Pipe, it seems we can only configure prefill to work from Customer Enquiry into Customers rather than the other way around?Am I missing something here? Can anyone suggest a solution?

Extrair histórico de atividades

Bom dia pessoal, Alguém já teve a necessidade de extrair o histórico de atividades do card? Se sim, conseguiu resolver essa questão de alguma forma? Via API ou outra forma Estava precisando para ter um relatório de envolvidos nos processos que já foram desligados da organização e não são mais usuários, porém nas atividades do card eu tenho a informação de quem foi responsável e estava envolvido.

Enfrentando erro com autopreenchimento do navegador para preenchimento do formulário inicial?

Estou enfrentando um erro para enviar o formulário inicial quando esse é utilizado de autocomplete que é sugerido. Ao clicar no botão de enviar o formulário não é enviado e indica os campos que foram autocompletados como incorretos/ não preenchidos. Mas mesmo quando realizamos a correção do campo, o botão de envio não reabilita para enviar. Isso tem causado um grande impacto negativo em nosso processo!  Mais alguém enfrentando o mesmo problema?

Tirar form de Portais

EDIT: Já resolvi - só clicar em “Select Forms” e tirar kkkkk Pessoal, tenho um pipe privado onde apenas eu sou membro e o form esta como publico apenas mas ele fica aparecendo nos portais e as pessoas conseguem abrir solicitações mas eu não quero que apareça. Como faço pra sumir?

Solution for a use case scenario

Business Use Case ScenarioWe have an integration which pushes validated customer records into a Pipefy Pipe “Customers”.We use this “Customers” Pipe to enable customers who bring repeat business to ‘pick’ their record from this Pipe when filling in Pipefy Forms with us. It avoids repeat customers having to repeatedly provide their information (Name, email, phone, business, address etc etc).Not all of the fields in the “Customer” pipe are mandated because each connected process will determine what data is essential to that particular process.ChallengeAutofill on Connections is from “Child” to “Parent” but we need this to work the other way around.Since this isn’t possible, can anyone suggest possible solutions/approaches to consider? ThanksMark

Display properties of linked data?

Hello:I’m seeking advice on displaying linked data.I have an Onboarding “form” (Pipe) and within the form is a link to a “Position Matrix” database.  Users of the Onboarding form can select a defined job role from the “Position Matrix”. Within the “Position Matrix” database, a list of equipment and software for each role are tabled.The “pop-out” feature is handy in that it allows the Onboarding form User to view all of the attributes of the selected Position.There are 3 issues:A Pipefy User Login is required, as it opens the “Position Matrix” database in a new tab A Read-only overlay or a link back to Onboarding form is desired (not opening the database to edit) Pop-out windows are not anchored in the frameIs it possible to display (only, without a login required) the requested data, anchored within the existing Pipefy Onboarding form?Thanks!Andrew

Bom dia.Estamos a um tempo percebendo que não estão aparecendo na aba tarefas e solicitações, os card’s abertos pelo usuário.Por exemplo, fiz um teste a pouco abrindo um card em um pipe que temos e não aparece no meu usuário essa solicitação.

Campos conectados trazendo campos já deletados

Olá, pessoal, me ajudem com uma dúvida, por gentileza: Eu tenho dois Pipes, um principal (vou chamar de Pipe1) e um que uso para auxiliar com listas de produtos com preços (vou chamar de Pipe2).Ambos estão conectados nas duas vias.Então, preciso trazer uma informação do Pipe2 para o Pipe1 via automação. Quando vou criar, escolho um campo de texto longo do Pipe1 e quero uma informação dinâmica que está no Pipe2. Porém, quando vou escolher qual informação quero do Pipe2 no Pipe1, não aparecem os campos atuais e só aparecem campos antigos que já deletei.Já refiz as conexões e segue igual.Sabem me dizer o por quê e como solucionar? PS: esse problema existe quando vou na função “Atualizar Campos”. Na função de IA, aparecem os campos já deletados e os novos, porém, não queria usar IA para esse caso.

How can I check if the data of a card I'm creating in Pipe X already exists in another Pipe Y within my account?

I want to ensure that I don't duplicate card data across different pipes. In other words, I need to verify if a card with specific fields matches a card in another pipe.I’ve already connected the pipes, but currently, I can only search by the card title. I’d like to check other specific fields as well, such as "Company Name" and "CNPJ."Additionally, if the data matches an existing card, I would like to block the creation of a new card to avoid duplicates.Is this possible?
