NEWS | Flow ✨

Hello, dear community  I am an Associate Product Manager here at Pipefy and I am here to announce that we have released the beta version of the Flow. ✨ The Flow is a new and improved way for users to see the processes holistically, from beginning to end, and facilitate users' understanding of Pipefy. To access it you need to have admin permission on the pipe and open your pipe settings.  Initially, the Flow shows you the start form/public form, the phases, and their fields showing the pipe in a more uniform and connected way. The feature also allows you to go to the edition and it shows the movements within phases. Although for now, the Flow is more visual, we are still working on improvements for it. 🚀 Please send us your feedback and improvement suggestions, it helps us a lot to improve the product every day. Thank you! 🌹

📱 News | Mobile Apps Notifications Area

Hello! I am here to tell you we are releasing the notifications area on our mobile apps, both Android and iOS. Now, you will be able to visualize and interact with the notifications and keep up with the most recent changes of the cards and other pipe actions. We know this was a very important feature gap for many mobile users and now we have this properly working also on mobile. We will keep improving our mobile apps so they support all of Pipefy’s capabilities and empower you. Pipefy Email | Learn all about the new Shared Inbox from Pipefy

We're proud to announce Pipefy has improved how to work and collaborate through email. We know many processes start with an email, making inboxes central to teams’ information and interactions. Now, when logging into Pipefy, you will see a new tab on the navigation bar called “Emails.” There, you will be able to set up shared inboxes like contact@company.com, sales@company.com, billing@company.com, and centralize all communication shared between team members, suppliers, and anyone you need to interact with. This new view ensures: More productivity through automation and integration capabilities Better collaboration with team members, customers and vendors Less context switching by centralizing information in a single place More visibility so no emails fall through the cracks  Send and read emails within Pipefy, see which cards emails are connected to, assign team members to take care of them, and more. Set up your team's inbox on Pipefy by clicking on “Emails” on the pipe header.

Pipefy Mobile App | Learn more about the Improvements and New Features

 We are happy to announce that the Pipefy mobile app has a new update available. See what changes: New features  Colored Pipes and PhasesPipes and phases are now dynamically colored. When a user sets a color for a pipe or a phase in the Kanban at the web application, the mobile app automatically updates to the same color. Conditionals for the current phaseThe users can now visualize conditionals in the current phase using the mobile app. Search bar for table and pipe connectionsSearch for information from a connection between the table and the pipe is no longer an issue; with the new search bar, the user can find the information by writing what they are looking for. The newest versions of the app are v2.0.2701 (iOS) and v2.3.5 (Android). Update your Pipefy mobile App and access all of these new features by clicking on the links below: iOSAndroid

🔧 Pipefy Forms | Learn all about the new forms area inside PipefyNews

Forms are the first intake of a process inside Pipefy and represent whatever you wish, such as a reimbursement request, a marketing request or a job application.   They can be restricted to the team with Pipefy accounts or shared externally through public forms, which you can customize and embed on the company website. This way, people who do not have an account, such as customers, suppliers and candidates, can access forms and send their intakes. Inside the Template Gallery, the Forms category gathers templates of the most common use cases. Here, you can choose a form to start customizing it as you wish.  The template has pre-filled fields that you can edit as you wish; just select a field on the left and drag and drop in the form to add a new one. According to your needs, choose fields such as date, attachments, assignees, emails, telephone and much more.  After setting up the form fields, it's time to set the sharing options. [SOLVED] ⚠️ Warning | Issues logging in Pipefy

Dear users,  According to the information provided in previous updates, the difficulties in logging into our platform are happening due to instability in the third-party mechanism we use for authenticating user login.This mechanism called Auth0 is used by thousands of online services to validate their user login information and allow users to access them, ensuring the safety of the applications and making sure only users with the right credentials can log in. Due to the fact that this is a third-party vendor, right now we’re currently waiting for further updates on their end about the mitigation of the causes of this incident.The most current update we’ve gotten from Auth0 (https://status.auth0.com/incidents/zvjzyc7912g5) was: “We are doing everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We did attempt a database failover to resolve the situation, but it was not successful. We are continuing to dedicate our entire engineering team to a swift resolution. As of right n

🗂️ Pipefy enables users to create a copy of a pipe inside a company or across companies

🔔 Attention! To clone a pipe, either within a company or between two companies, you need to have admin permission in the pipe you want to clone as well as permission to create a pipe in the company. Given that you have the necessary permission level, it is possible to clone a pipe in two distinct ways: by accessing the pipe itself or by the main screen inside Pipefy, where you see all of your processes. Outside the pipe, click on the three-dot icon when hovering over the process icon and then select Duplicate this pipe. It’s done, the pipe is cloned directly into the same company. However, inside the pipe, you can clone pipes to other companies you’re already a member of inside Pipefy. The first step is to click on the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the screen to open settings.Inside the Pipe Settings, select the option Clone to... in the left corner. Pipefy will no longer support Internet Explorer (IE11)

Pipefy will no longer support Internet Explorer (IE11 and previous versions) starting on 02/10 due to security and stability reasons. But don't worry, you will continue to access Pipefy normally through more other and modern browsers, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. Internet Explorer (IE11) is a browser that has become obsolete over the years, with few updates to run more complex websites quickly and safely, such as Pipefy. Because it does not offer the same compatibility features as other browsers, it is more complicated to support the platform. As Pipefy has become more powerful with each update, Internet Explorer (IE11) is no longer an option to access it, since you cannot take advantage of the platform's full potential and features. 🔔 Keep in mind: whichever browser you choose (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge), always update it to the latest version or at least the lastest two. If you continue to access Pipefy with Internet Explo

We have great news! 📢 The communication between those creating requests with your public forms and your teams is easier now with the Request Tracker functionality. 💬 Besides being able to track their open cards' status, requesters can also communicate directly with the ones responsible for the execution—even without a Pipefy account. To do so, simply open the card and send a message.
