Seria possível criar uma automação, usando Pipefy, em que eu crie e tenha:

A) Formulário em Pipe, que solicita dos usuários 5 informações: "Nome", “E-mail”, "Área/Setor", "Centro de Custo" e "Senha de Ticket".
B) Uma planilha (database), que tenha 5 colunas: "Ticket" e as mesmas colunas do forms.

Funcionando da seguinte forma:

1) Usuário acessa formulário, para abertura/criação de card, em Pipeline. Nesta etapa o usuário insere as informações conforme tópico A).
2) Ao preencher o formulário, é criado o card no pipeline. 
3) Após validação do administrador, o mesmo “avança” o card para a próxima etapa.
4) Nesta nova etapa, ao realizar a movimentação, o sistema consulta a informação de “Senha de Ticket” no Database, e encaminha para o respectivo usuário, via e-mail o “Ticket” correspondente no database.

Tal aplicação seria possível no Pipefy?

Would it be possible to create an automation using Pipefy, in which I create and have:

A) A form in Pipe, which requests 5 pieces of information from users: "Name", "Email", "Area/Sector", "Cost Center" and "Ticket Password".

B) A spreadsheet (database), which has 5 columns: "Ticket" and the same columns as the forms.

It works as follows:

1) The user accesses the form to open/create a card in Pipeline. In this step, the user enters the information as per topic A).

2) When filling out the form, the card is created in the pipeline.

3) After validation by the administrator, the administrator “advances” the card to the next step.

4) In this new step, when performing the movement, the system consults the “Ticket Password” information in the Database, and forwards the corresponding “Ticket” in the database to the respective user via email.

Would such an application be possible in Pipefy?
