Meanwhile, I believe that you can achieve some level of the reporting capabilities, with great control of who has visibility on it (individual members of groups of people) with the Interfaces: https://help.pipefy.com/en/articles/8113491-getting-started-with-interfaces, I hope it helps you!
I have suggest this and other functionalities based in RBAC a long time ago. I hope that this can be implemented soon.
