Custom SLA alert


In our process we need to follow the client's contracts and make a additive when it is overdue.

Would be so helpful for our process has a SLA Alert that we can program to appear it in a specific date/month. :nerd:

 


 

@thaiannelourenco Thx for the feedback! Just to make sure I understand it correctly for each particular card you would like to have a different SLA and when this SLA is overdue it notifies you? Would the Due Date field be helpful in this case?  


@thaiannelourenco wouldn’t DueDate help you in this case?
