Date and time field rules

I would like to suggest put rules to use the data/time field like:

Don’t permit use earlier date/time, just this moment from now on;

Nice idea! Some possible validation rules/ideas:

  1. Date only in this/next/previous year
  2. Date larger/smaller than other date field
  3. Time must be full hour/quarter hour/...
  4. Month/date must be...
