SLA calculations based on business calendar

Hi Pipefy Dev team.

I would like to suggest a feature that permit use a business day calendar to calculate SLAs to avoid the calculation and the result to be Saturday or Sunday if your team don’t work in these days.

I hope that this can be implemented soon.

Are you talking about the pipe and phases alerts? If so, it's already possible.

Inside the pipe settings you can select the option "Alerts will count from Monday to Friday". This way the SLAs will not consider weekends :slight_smile:

I’m talking about due to, no alerts. The Pipefy must have this feature to tbe used (as JIRA) to calculate the SLA based on business day calendar or not.

Because when I calculate the Due to, the day is calendar day but my team works only business days.
