Thinking about improving the user's self-service experience and also helping them to report their issues easily and faster, the App squad team has implemented a Help desk button inside the App.Now, you can ask for help without closing the App mobile and going to the Web! 📲

How does it work?

On the Profile button, you can find an option called "Help Center" when you click on it, the Help Center page will be opened, so you can find helpful articles and a chat to talk to Support.

This Improvement is now live in Mobile app.
