From now on it’s possible to distribute equally or randomly the demands of your process to the members of your team. For example, whenever a card is created, assign the responsibility of that card to a different person in your team, following an even sequence.

Feature Description: Among the action options of the automation, you can select among all the members of the pipe, which ones will be part of the rotation, as well as which strategy the distribution will follow (uniform and random options are available).

Clicking on “ Automate”, once you select a trigger on the left side, you will see the new action “Distribute assignments (new)” on the right side. To successfully configure it all you need is an Assignee type field, and two or more people in your pipe.
 

Use case (examples):

• For high scale purchase processes, each buyer will be assigned the same number of requests as they come in;
• IT tickets and HR requests will also be rotated evenly or randomly among analysts, depending on what the process admin wishes;
• For sales processes, still ran by customers inside Pipefy, sales reps will get the same amount of leads to work on and build up their commissions fairly;
